I recently made the choice to switch from a prepaid T-mobile plan with my iPhone 8 to a paid plan and I purchased an iPhone 11 Pro (as I am a filmmaker and wanted that camera). Jessica B was absolutely a joy to work with. She was informative, friendly, and while waiting for the new phone to boot up and port my number over we bonded over the neighborhood as we both live nearby. I probably spent close to 30-40 mins in the store as I had a lot of questions and she answered every single one. Honestly, I cannot say enough about how good she was and how stress free she made it. I am sure the rest of the staff is lovely as well, but if you are looking for fantastic customer service I highly recommend this girl.

Kept a few of us waiting outside when the store was empty and they had multiple employees in there. I was looking to switch my carrier from Verizon to T-Mobile and get some info. I left the line and just went home.

This piece of crap employees at this location helping only 4 customers in the store at a time They tell you to stay outside of store in this heat And they didnt even call us in. We got pissed and left and did our service dialing 611 Why do you have this location of store if not for customers If you guys want to chitchat do it on your break time not on paying time. Worst trash store i ever been to. Should have took some pictures

It is a nice place togo and buy phones and accessories. Only thing bad is the neighborhood other than that it's an outstanding place employees were real good.

Omg ! Waited outside for 45 mins in line.I was at the front of the line.They were obviously having issues with their computers.Why could they not give the 10 customers outside the respect to let us all know.I had an emergency and had to come from West Hollywood to Western ,because all the other locations were closed.If I decide to stay with T-Mobile after this terrible experience,I will never come back to this location.

Dear Alondra and Katelyn,I visited the store on Saturday 2/8 with my mom to upgrade my phone and possibly see if we could get the 55 deal. Turned out my mom was already on that plan so we went ahead with my upgrade.Alondra: I appreciated your professionalism, attitude and great color coordination! You took time to notice the little things like how I tucked my cards and money in the case of my phone. I love my phone case and the pink pop socket! I know you have to talk to a lot of people everyday but you were so nice and friendly to me and my mom. We conversed about commuting, buying houses, and how you started from the "bottom". Thank you for making your customers feel like they are PEOPLE!Your friendly demeanor and knowledge of the products was very impressive. The success of that location is in large part due to the way you deal with your customers and your team is reflective of your leadership. Katelyn: Thank you for your friendly smile and top notch customer service. You transferred ALL my data from my SLOW phone to my new one. You took time to tell me I had 9 minutes left before the transfer was done. The little things really matter and this is an indication of who you are not only as a T-Mobile rep but as a person. I just came to pay a bill and the store is closed with a sign that says "back in 10 minutes"...20 mintues later no one's here. No way to run a business!

I came to this location to upgrade my 10 to the 11 pro Max and was assisted by Katelyn. SHE WAS THE BEST! Very detailed and nice. She wrote down all the different payment plans and options. When I say GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I mean AMAZING! She was super personable too. The store got a little busy as I waited for my phone to update so she bought out a chair for me to sit and a bottle of water. I love great customer service. If you want to get the best customer service and detailed help with getting a new phone make sure you ask for Katelyn. She makes the process so much easier and is very detailed and patient!
