Wish I could -stars. These fools are crooks! From the manager on down. He charged me $190 for a phone and activation. I knew something was off but didn't have time to haggle. Later I figured out that he had charged me $60 and change for "FREE" earbuds. Then to my $65 plan he added $5 unlimited to calling to Mexico and Canada. And added a $10 plan for what I am assuming is insurance. Per the Metro rep. I was only to be charged the $29.99 PER the promo deal and $25 for activation. Plus tax which is nowhere near $190 soon as I went to get my refund he did exactly what I'd assumed he's do, START LYIN. Talking about the buds were part of the promo and the phone was 80 instead of the real price. Just pissing me off to me now yelling at him because now he's basically calling me a lie and insulting my intelligence. I got a rep on the phone and put it on speaker so everyone could hear how he just blatantly lied to me. Once the Rep. Started asking questions, and I asserted my presence did he want to step outside and pay me back out of his own pocket, which he did. He knew he had overcharged me and thought I wouldn't care or notice not knowing that I'm a whole accounting clerk and I run receipts all day. I just know that if he's done it to me , he's done it before. Check your receipts and ask questions people because "Chris" will try you.

Happy New Year✨ After my phone cracked was looking to switch service back to my old phone. Took the phone to (3) different Metro's and gave up. I still have a thinking brain, I'm not addicted to my phone, so refused to spend the price of a car note for another pos phone. I frequent South LA Cafe and noticed a smaller store on Western and decided to try once more .Elisabeth was very helpful, patient and listened...all characteristics of great customer service! She switched service and I was on my way✨ ...There was no extra hassle , no excuses , no half listening while staff fiddles with their own cell phones. I had her undivided attention. Thank you Elisabeth Santos for being human✨ Peace & Blessings to you! ?✨

My mom an 83 yrs old came to this store and was charged to transfer her cell to an old, she purchased a wall charge and they refused to give her the money back, even though the receipt says it can be return within 14 days of purchase. They can are saying they can return it if it doesn't work. The receipt DOES NOT state that.

Im so damn happy i decided to walk into this store, let me start out with the good customer service, but the young lady who works there named Genesis the (lil cute one with glasses) help me out so much and quickly even saved me money, she went above and beyond to help a brotha out, WOW is all i can say, they deserve a pay upgrade. Thank you Genesis! At the store on Western and MLK.

The customer service was good The store was clean and the ladies were very helpful although they did not fix my problem they suggested that I upgrade I am due for an upgrade on my telephone I told him I'd have to think about it other than that the visit was cool Martin Luther King and Western
