My friend had issues with her phone and brought her here to this location. As I was right her phone had a virus. My friend replaced her old phone to a new and bigger phone and was assisted by Mayra. She was so helpful, patient and friendly. It took us a minute to get everything situated and my friend left happy. Thank you Mayra you’re the best!

Very bad treatment from the ladies who serve, they called me ridiculous, they broke the new cell phone and mentioned that it was wrong from the factory. They should not authorize the franchise to this type of people. The attention is terrible and degrading, there is no tact or good attention.

Here you have a bad service, the ladies who are there to serve the customer, serve the customer very badly when you arrive and they must change them because you go for the services that you pay for, you are not going to ask them for free for the plans or cell phone that you buy there

12/26/22 They lie about having technical difficulties when you want to transfer you phone number to another company. They make it a hassle on purpose so you wont leave them. I haven't been able to transfer my new line for 3 days now!!!Very unprofessional and illegal !!!

Pulling in parking lot was horrible. Then the customer service from the employees was even worse. Right here in my community I had to drive to another location west to get better parking lot experience and customer service.
