I used to go this store a lot and it seems like the courteous staff that worked there are gone now. The customer service is not the same and they want you to always get a new phone to even help you. I understand that is part of the job but it makes me feel unease to even use my debit card here. I'm looking for another store in the area that will have integrity but it seems like they are all part of the same ownership so I might try out another carrier soon.
Update: I switched to Verizon and night and day of good business ethics inside their locations. You do not have to worry if the employee working is trying to pull a fast one like in these Indian owned stores.
