Got the pain suisse here and I was pleasantly surprised. It was a little expensive at $8 for a croissant but it was pretty good, they have a large selection of pastries and cakes etc that all look really good. If you’re in the mood for a baked good it’s work a stop

Truly the only place to go for pastries. The biggest and best croissant I’ve ever had (including in Paris)!!

This comment is on the slice of cheese cake and carrot cake that we purchased. Both were very mediocre, had no flavor, and dry. $20 for 2 slices of dessert, you expect delicious, high quality taste. Really

Were these made two days ago? Stale, little to no flavor, absolutely not worth the price. Very pretty though.

I’ve visited previously and really enjoyed their pastries, especially the hazelnut praline croissant. However, I recommend checking your pastry there before leaving with it. I visited earlier this evening and purchased the same croissant only to find when I got home that the pastry was filled more with air than with the hazelnut filling I remember from the last time I bought it. Considering I paid $6.50 for it and really liked it before, I was disappointed, but hopefully will have a better experience next time I’m there.

Pain Suisse is a fun upgrade from pain au chocolate: it has a nice crispy shell. The desserts look beautiful.

I picked up some baguettes from here out of convenience and was overjoyed when they hit my tongue. They were still warm with a dense yet soft inside. Can’t wait to try some other items they have here 10/10

Omg! Today was particularly delicious. This place is one of my top list for croissants in Los Angeles. We are very lucky to have choices in Los Angeles. We tried croissants in Paris. It was very greasy, and it was ranked.DESSERTS: Work of art. Elegant.COFFEE: Americano was just right...smooth and low acidicity.Service: There is only (1) person making the coffee, taking orders and transactions. Attentiveness was greatly appreciated.

I do not get the hype!! The prices here are outrageous, with a small pastry costing $10. Not only is it overpriced, but the quality doesn't justify the cost. You can find better pastries at a grocery store for a fraction of the price and better taste. Save your money and skip this overpriced bakery.
