The pharmacy and employees are great but if you need any type of beauty or skin product don't come here. EVERYTHING is locked up - and if you're in a rush you'll be waiting for years to get it.

Ran into the CVS at El Segundo & Avalon to get especially the Unsalted Mixed Nuts and was over charged, when I asked to speak with a manager, she was on break, no one else was available for me to speak about the incorrect price I was charged, so i asked for a full refund and left.DO BETTER CVS in My Neighborhood! ! !

They never answer the phone, and when they do they will always putting you on hold and never come back. You barely see any diversity in this cvs! Some of these people seem racist in my opinion. I even took a picture and screen recorded me waiting for someone to come back

On February 3, 2021 at 12:38, I was checked out by Ms. Nailah who was absolutely welcoming and helpful. I had to speak with a pharmacist (he was, also, very kind and extremely helpful), then Ms. Nailah took it from there. She got me the Claritin I requested and checked me out with such an awesome respect for time. If I could select anyone to be on my favorites list, it would be Ms. Nailah. I, also, noticed she is a great multitasker and interacts with waiting customers very well to assure them she is on her way to serve their needs, mometarily. Ms. Nailah is the BOMB.com!!!

Be very careful with this pharmacy! I moved to this one cause it closer to me but got a pill that looked different then I normally get. I just called to complain and just got a simple summary on how the ingredients are the same and just give it a week when at another cvs the pill only took 15 minutes to feel it's effect. Then your gonna get some explanation you didn't ask for about you having to pay out of pocket cause insurance won't take another so soon and that you can't refund it when all your asking for is what was this crap you gave me. This place is shady and what I was prescribed is a complete rip off

If you want slow service employees with attitude then should really come here dont know if the manager was here or not but every employee needs training in customer service except the security guard had me waiting for 15 min to get a simple pregnancy test only for them to send a security to put me in line apparently they couldn't move a line of 5 people out so i had to be line to tell them to open the sliding door when i was already there pushing for a associates help big disappointment today slow service and illogical procedures

Let me get this straight!! The store is cool but the pharmacy sucks!! Reminds me of a bootleg pharmacy that only gives out generic medication!! To top it off I've been taking a certain phyce med for 3 years and out of convince since I live down the street I decided to get my script filled at CVS so when I went in and gave my script to the pharmacist they acted like I was asking for morphine patches or something!! They said they had to get a hold of my phyce to make sure I take this medication!! So after 3 days waiting for them to contact my phyce (it was Friday had to leave script until Monday so they can call phyce) when they finally got her on the phone and she confirmed that I do take this medication all of a sudden the pharmacist lady on the phone with my phyce tells her why is he taking this? He don't need this!! I'm standing in line looking at this lady like who the hell do she think she is telling my doctor what I need and don't need!! Make a long story short I will never go to this pharmacy unless the pharmacy technicians at CVS can start treating customers like customers and not people trying to get over on medications!! Awful...

Horrid Customer Service, they refused to honor their own App. coupon. Store Supervisor Jesus was extremely rude, and offered no assistance. I lodged a complaint with CVS corporate, and was told district Lead Douglas would be getting back to me...2 weeks no response... follow up, advised the issue would be escalated to the regional Manager's office... another 2 weeks, no response (shocking) pitiful response to loyal paying Customer. For CVS to supposedly be an industry Giant in the drug store arena, this is a pathetic commentary...no district or regional response to the complaint? Douglas? Regional? Anyone?... Very disappointed
