Rude and non-compliant customer service. Better to go to a different branch. I went to get a money order and they were requesting documents that were not needed and people do not normally carry around. Mohammad as the manager was of no help and perpetrated his employees’ rude behaviors. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Website says 8am-8pm arrived at 6:37pm door locked. Person inside said they CLOSE at 6:00pm. Asked why websites say 8pm, person walking out with first lady I asked stated she told we are closed. I just wanted clarification because of hours posted on website.

Supposedly is open at the time they say on the website n when I come it comes out is still close what in the world u open what time???? Ridiculously
