They have so many employees but no one is checking out customers. When I finally decided to check out, I was watched like a Hawk...not a comfortable experience. Did I mention, I'm a black female?

homeless in the store, living in their cars in the parking lot and asking for money outside the stores. It is not safe at this store. Do not go there until the owner and stores feel the pain that they have created an unsafe environment

I recently stopped into this location to see if CVS had a reasonably priced Water Pik available. Sherilyn was super pleasant, helpful, & responsive. She showed me a CVS brand & mentioned that there's currently a discount when joining the rewards program. It's a really good savings. I mentioned that I would be returning to purchase the itemWhat a pleasant experience to have had Sherilyn's help! I greatly appreciated her professionalism. I hope Management acknowledges Sherilyn for her pleasant & helpful attitude.

Come in an hour early for my 2nd booster. They wouldn't let me check in early because 'there's a long line of people waiting' I've been sitting here for an hour, and 2 people have received a shot. Liars, they're just lying to customers.

I come here after work from time to time, but today when I came, they followed me around the store like I was a common thief. I had a backpack with me because I do not pay for bags, but I NEVER get followed around at the Westchester CVS like I did today. I am disgusted because It was so obvious that when I got in line to pay, the lady behind me said she noticed too. My cashier was great, but as a professional in corporate America, there is NO WAY I fit the profile of a thief. Must have been my skin. Sickening.

Make sure you check in if you have a vaccine appointment. There's no signs that say you have to check in. Just a huge line of people waiting that you assume you have to join. I waited for 30 minutes before going to check in after a bunch of other people waiting realized the same thing, and then I waited for another 30 minutes. Maybe put out a sign or do the absolute bare minimum for your customers.

Awful customer service here. I ordered a photo/poster print Monday night 7/18/22. It said it should be available Tuesday at 1:00am. The email said I would receive confirmation when complete but today is Wednesday 7/19/22 and I still haven't heard from them. So I decided to call. I got thru to someone and they "went to check" then they never came back to the phone and it seemingly automatically disconnected, perhaps I was on hold for that (or too) long. So I call back multiple times right after and hours later and I can't even get through to anybody. So I decide to drive down to the store and ask what's up and the guy tells me the are out of photo paper. So I'm like can you guys transfer my order to a store that has paper. Shocker: they can't. So then I ask can you call and see if a store has the paper, they won't. Then the worker I'm speaking to asks a coworker... they say by next TUESDAY they should have paper back in. Over a week from when I initially ordered. Long story short for same day photo/prints, clearly they don't exist. If only they could send out an email update as to them being out of paper vs not being able to contact and not getting in touch with people and alerting them of their supply chain issues. Awful customer service cvs.

I went in the middle of the night on a weekday, but overall my feedback is it's alright, when nothing else is open. This place has potential. It's big and Carrie's brands of cosmetic and toiletries supplies that are good and fun and interesting healthy snacks like dried mushrooms! Staff was not particularly friendly, the door guard was scary, and the flood lighting in this place is harsh. It also doesn't feel clean which is off-putting and a bit uncomfortable. And shelves aren't fully stocked, leaving empty spaces and single item inventory. Meh.

There is one lady who is always in a bad mood. And 2 times she talked very rude to me. If you have a bad day, stay home & don't bring your nasty attitude to work & dump it on customers. Unfortunately this is the closest pharmacy to me or I would go somewhere else. Note: the pharmacist & other staff been very professional & nice.

Assuming the pharmacy honors its appointments, giving a covid vaccine takes 1 minute. I know this because I had 2 original Moderna shots and a Pfizer booster. I have been waiting for 11 minutes and nobody is even in the vaccine area.

The store itself is fine, the staff are all nice as heck but they need to put up a sign that says " please do not sexually harass the other customers to a point where they don't wanna freaking come here anymore"

Quite possibly the worst customer service in Los Angeles. The pharmacy is understaffed and the remaining are rude and disinterested. Everything is locked up and good luck getting help. The kicker is the religious books at the pharmacy checkout. Seriously I'm going elsewhere- Rite-aid anyone?

It's pointless to make an appointment because you'll still be waiting for a long time to be seen... Wayyy after your appointment time, up to an 30 minutes after your appointment. I recommend going elsewhere.

Absolute worst. Good luck if you ever need to call or transfer a prescription because this pharmacy will never answer your call and the stupid app and website won't let your transfer one off prescriptions. I'm sitting at lax and have spent the past hour trying to speak to someone and nothing. Then at one point someone finally answers and just tells me to call another cvs and hangs up. Have been trying nonstop to speak to someone again since. Cvs has really gone downhill. If you know what's good for you you'll get your prescriptions elsewhere.
