This business is very bad, they are expensive, I paid for an electronic return and she charged me 300 dollars. I trusted her. A month passed and the IRS still did not receive my taxes. She had not even sent them. I went to her business and asked for my money. Horrible! Don’t waste your time! Absolutely unprofessional team, last year it took sooo long and they almost lost my documents! This year I couldn’t even get there because their working hours don’t correspond to the schedule!

This business does not keep business hours. Their voicemail is full so there's no way to even leave a message to find out when they're actually open. So disappointed.

Horrible is an understatement. Long time customer and was left out alone to deal with the IRS. I hope no one experiences dealing with the IRS . I depended on this Lady and she failed me. I was sent to IRS court for trial, when I was under the impression she had it under control. She never appeared or answered my phone calls even up till this day I’ve been calling her. To include her fees are very expensive.

I have used Montano income tax service for over 20 years and have been extremely happy! She does both my business and personal taxes. Not only do you get personalized service but this is a CPA who attends classes every year for tax updates and takes pride in her work. She will work for every penny that you deserve and have earned. If there are any questions by the IRS she personally represents you to conclusion and resolution. I highly recommend Montano Income Tax Service and as long as they are in business they'll be doing my taxes. I was not paid or asked to do this review, I'm doing it simply because it was earned.

Every time I show up to your place she is never there and she just keeps giving me excuses that the irs need more paper and I provide that paper and she still hasn’t resolved my taxesAVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST ! IM SUEING HERANOTHER PERSON IS ALSO SUEING HER FOR FRAUD !!! AVOID HER !!!

If there is one word to summarize this place it would be SHADY. Beware...they use your information on other people's taxes, claim things that don't exist, don't give customers copies of forms they are legally entitled to, are very unresponsive, have been in trouble with the law in the past, and cheat people beyond belief. My family had been going here for years & 4 of us have found royal screw ups with past taxes, which we only discovered by finally switching to more legitimate tax services...resulting in thousands of dollars to fix, constant frustration at their unresponsiveness, headaches and so much health-affecting stress. You just don't mess with the IRS...so SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT MESS WITH THIS TAX SERVICE! We are just one family, but I can only imagine how many others have been screwed by them. They service many in our Latino communities & my heart breaks for those who humbly put their trust in Montano's tax service.

This is the 2nd time my niece have done her taxes with RMontano and while the first time my taxes were filed without a hinged; the taxes they filed recently have been nothing but a nightmare. The taxes were filed on time with their office in July 2020 (before the COVID extension expired) only to find out the they were not sent in November after she inquired regarding the status of her refund. In November, the office told her that they would refile the original copies from July. After calling the IRS to ensure that they were received, I fount it they were not filed again in November and then received a penalty letter from the IRS for not filing. I called several times and I was informed that the office would be closed until January and decided to write them an email requesting a refund. I have not received a response.
