Jorge was very respectful and took the time to explain the situation with our broken air conditioning. He demonstrated why he came to the diagnostic conclusion and made the repair immediately. I cannot really comment on price, as I didn't get comparison quotes, but it was about what I expected to pay. Would hire again.
