Came here yesterday looking for some gifts since they always have deals. I ended up seeing a pair I loved! They didn't have my size in store but an employee went above and beyond checking for them at other stores.He said a store near by had 2 pairs, he gave me out a sheet to fill out so I can get them shipped to me.The shoes shipped out same day from the Torrence location and I now have them in hand. Thank you so much!

When your in this outlet, check other websites for prices. They overprice alot of merchandise. 550s are 100 bucks in this store. In footlocker they are 49.99 JUST SAYING. and this is way more than one style. Don't waste your time.

Adolfo and Jade really went up and beyond to help me, Adolfo took the time to ask me if he could measure my foot and I found out I was wearing two big of shoes. That's probably why I've been having a problem with my foot I highly recommend this store and highly recommend Adolfo and Jade Thank you guys!

Had a pleasant experience at this store. The staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to meet my expectations. Especially, associate, Almaveli. A bonus was the cleanliness and organized shelves. I didn't know what to expect but glad I went inside and came back with a pair of 574 which were on sale. In addition they 30% additional to sales price. I paid $61 and change with tips. That's a steal! Would recommend if you got the same staff I had today! My first pair and not my last.

I stopped in today and was greeted by a very friendly gentleman named Adolfo. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. After describing the shoes I was looking for, he suggested a similar item and brought a sample over since they didn't have them in my size but he also informed me that they could order the correct size and have them shipped to my home for free.The store itself isn't huge but more than 50% of it was filled with shoes. They also offer clothing and sports gear. Couldn't tell if the pricing was that much better than what's online but I was told they often have big sales on the weekends so might be best to come then.

I bought 2 shoes here at citadel outlet yesterday. it was clearly marked at 89.99 wc was okay as first item, but the 2nd item ($39.99) and 3rd item at 50% discount. Come paying time at the cashier, EVERYTHING ARE ON REGULAR PRICES. The lady at the cashier said that it rung as regular prices. I started to ask her why it has not been changed on their system and on the display amount and she just shrugged it off like she don't care.We spent time looking for shoes that we wants, noting of their promo prices and the display says Buy One, Get one 50% and third item 50%. The 2nd item of 39.99 was actually $70. This is clear DECEPTION.SO BEWARE OF THIS PRACTICE!!(but my son bought it anyways, but was mad for letting them get away w it. I see the long line of people and they too will be deceived)
