I was a loyal customer for years until their fits were always off I had to return and the quality of the clothing went down. Their prices also kept going up. When I had a few returns because their sizing was all over the place they called my returns predatory behavior and banned me from returning items. They did not handle the situation well. Because of this I no longer spend my money here.

My daughter has several items from Nooworks so wanted to visit the store while we were in LA this summer. The lady working was very helpful and I was excited to find a linen dress in the strawberry print I loved.

My closet is fulllll of nooworks. I get compliments all the time and I love their slow sustainable biz model. The best part is that now they are even closer to me!

While I’m sad that the new location is pretty inconvenient for me it doesn’t change my absolute obsession with nooworks’ clothing. Fantastic prints by indie designers, in styles I love. The quality & fit is fantastic for many body types. The Frida is basically my uniform at this point. The shop is hella cute & the staff is always so helpful & joyous.

Went to the store for the first time today after admiring from afar/via Instagram for a long time and it was a great experience! Kieran at the shop was so sweet and friendly. Idk how much Kieran is being paid but they deserve a raise for the wonderful service :D Can't wait to wear my new coveralls!

I was so happy to find that Nooworks had an LA location while I was in town visiting! I have been following them on social media for a long time and have been in love with all of the colors and patterns but I never pulled the trigger buying online. Going into the store was such a fun and enlightening experience for me. I wish I could remember the name of the person that helped me, because she spent probably an hour and a half helping me find styles in my correct size that worked with my body type and style/preference. She was so patient and complimentary and honest and made me feel so comfortable! I am a plus size person that doesn’t always get the opportunity to try clothes on in the store so this was extra special to me. I love how size inclusive this company is in addition to being fun and unique and women owned! I ended up coming home with two dresses and a shirt, and ended up buying another shirt online when I got back home! Everyone stops me in the street to compliment me. I can’t wait for new patterns to come out so I can add to my collection. Thank you Nooworks for making this girl feel cute and fun and stylish!

If you’re not white or rich looking don’t come here!The ladies in the small store (that clearly saw us come in) did not greet us or say anything. They were BOTH helping a white guy neither one of the them offered to help us minorities ?. They were so busy trying to milk money out of that poor guy by over completing and pushing him to buy an item he tried on. I tried to get help by loudly asking my boyfriend if he thinks I could try on a skirt but they ignored us. FUNNY ENOUGH they IMMEDIATELY WELCOMED A white Lady that walked in after us and helped her find what she was looking for.Most of clothes here are tacky anyways but I would definitely NOT recommend shopping at a store that judges people based on there appearance. I’ll happily take my money elsewhere.

I came to visit the store this afternoon to try on some clothes from their newest print drop. It's a popular print, so I knew they would be busy packing orders, but Ellen was still sooooo helpful and sweet! Thank you, Ellen!! :)

Love this store! Went shopping and was met with great customer service! I love this store not only because I love their clothes but they have plus sizes as well! I cant wait to come back and get more outfits!
