I can’t express enough how Dan has help me find the confidence to push harder with my fitness goals. Taking a break from competitive fitness was hard but starting back up with my fitness routine was even harder. Thankfully, Dan has been there to ease the process and get me on the best program for my body type. If you have any fitness questions or goals this is the place to go!

Worst customer service guy has his dog working in the shop with him and the dog tried to bite me looks like a pit bull & screaming at his customers don’t come here !!!!!all the other locations are better than this beware

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE A WOMAN. I tried this place on two separate occasions to get pre-work out. The first time I went the guy walked me over to this pre-work out called Fem something. He said it's their only pre-workout for women. I tried to look at other pre-workouts, and he kept pushing me towards this one saying no no no this is the only one for women. I told him that I wanted to see different alternatives and he would NOT let it go. In front of all the other customers, he kept on saying no you're a woman. This is the one for you. He was pretty much forcing me to just get this one pre-work out for women as if there is nothing else I could possibly take besides that since I am a woman. it was kind of degrading and humiliating and frustrating. I figured he was just a weirdo, so I let it go and decided I would come again on a different day when there was a different employee. I came again, spoke to a different employee and the exact same thing happened. He kept pushing me towards this one specific fem pre-workout and pretty much ignored me every time I try to pick up a different pre-workout with ask about it. It's weirdly sexist and annoying. I should not only be allowed to look at one product because I am a woman. I have been lifting for years and I have tried so many different pre-workouts over the years. There is no reason that a shop should only let women pick up one pre-work out. It's really weird for this day and age.

I have been to many NS locations throughout the state with A+ experiences each time, but you will NEVER catch me at this location again. The older gentleman BS'd me the whole time about products as if I had NO IDEA about them. I was pressured into buying product that I knew I wouldn't like & when I tried to return I was basically shamed & guilted for doing so. I was basically scolded for giving a product the benefit of the doubt & returning it within policy. Whoever this associate is really needs a refresher on the products & needs to learn to talk to people like customers not grandkids

Place opens at freaking 11am and they will still be late leaving guests waiting at the door. So disrespectful

I have been waiting for 20 mins in front of the store. A few people came and went away cause this place is a waste of time. It says that it opens at 11am, the owners car is parked in front of the place and no one shows up.
