Nice OD store in my neighborhood with the selections I was looking for on my shopping day. Nice helpful staff I was able to find.I removed one star for the cashier who was initially fussing about matching the online prices the first helpful staff had confirmed would be matched.

Pretty good service but this store doesn’t have all the supplies you will need! Also this store is closing and I drove past it and went in, very great deals!

Adrian was THE WORST. Super rude from the beginning, he seems like he hates his job from the start but we still tried to be nice and explained as clearly as possible what we needed, he got all my order wrong, not even asked once to try to see if he was doing it right AND had the audacity of being rude, calling me and my mom names, doing a rude gesture with his hand after he was messing up at his own job... insane. He can't work in customer service its a threat to customers we felt super disrespected. Other customers around were super uncomfortable and they were also saying that this same Adrian Cruz was doing the wrong work for them AND ALSO that he was rude with them too... We called the manager which was way better, she apologized for the whole situation and helped us with our order and got it right in less than 15 minutes. If you go to this office depot, ask not be helped by this guy named ADRIAN. Soooo bad.

Fernando is a great Print Manager and what a wonderful front of house staff Ben was extremely helpful as well! Fernando and Ben are so conscientious and you just don’t seem to find that quality in sales staff anymore. So gives me more faith in the next generation. Thank you for your help! I’ll for sure be back!

I am really disappointed because this office depot sold me a charger for my computer that only worked for a very short period of time. When I reached out to them to find out about returning it, they seemed annoyed and unhelpful. A representative also told me that I could go through the manufacturer to try to get some type of resolve, but gave me no phone number and seem agitated that I called about the product not working. I probably will stick with ordering my products from Amazon considering their customer service is a lot more helpful and understanding when there’s an issue with the product.

This is for Ben, Evelyn and Byron... it was super busy and these three rockstars provided me with great customer service. They were professional kind information and patient. I watched them juggle a crowd of eager customers. Well done!Emily and Fernando provided me with great customer service as well. Both went above and beyond!

I stopped in here earlier today, I got some of the higher quality envelopes (made of linen). The people that worked here were very friendly. Costs have gone up, but I suppose that's the place everywhere now days. They always have nice things though.
