??ALWAYS CHECK MY REVIEWS bc aint no gate keepin here?‼️?People keep goin to the door off S Sepulveda @ W Manchester & this is the WRONG entrance??! The RIGHT door is where the parking lot is & this the ONLY entrance to Panera @ this location?!?Side note? The doors to Ross, Trader Joe's, CVS, Kohl's, the other places on this same side on the street is the same with their doors to enter, except TJ Maxx, Jersey Mike's & the mattress store? Also, there's a black gate door betw Jersey Mike's & the mattress store (on both sides = street & parking lot) u can use to get to the doors of ur favorite places if it's NOT locked???‼️

I walked in, the employee saw me standing at the register waiting to place my order but instead left me there waiting and as soon as another person walked in she went and attended them at the register next to where I was waiting, so I went to go ask for help from another employee and then that employee kind of ignores me, then finally an older woman employee came to offer help and things were fine. The two younger Latinas employees that were there on Thursday, March 7 at 8:00am were very rude.

Used to visit here often, but after an incident where I observed a manager aggressively arguing with a paying customer and threatening to call the police on her (she had her injured leg propped up on one the chairs, and had been there for an extended prior), I decided to go elsewhere for a few months.Today I was in the area and decided to pop in to see if things had improved. The restaurant seems cleaner than usually and slightly refreshed (not sure what it was, they probably cleaned the carpets and moved some furniture around). Food here is more expensive than other locations - okay, I get it, they are close to LAX and West LA.As usual, expect to be profiled here as low-income or homeless and be treated accordingly. They do have a very outgoing friendly manager here that rings you up. But he was helping another customer and another manager assisted me. I put my number in on the keypad and steps were missed. She hastily asked what drink I wanted and seemed ready to move on. I asked about my rewards and said that I wanted to order food, but only bought an bread item for a bit over $5 (implies low-income). I paid with my debit card from a bank account with a few thousand dollars available, while she stepped away to start slicing and toasting the bread. While I was making my coffee, she called out to me that my card had been declined (very indiscrete and embarrassing). Another manager echo the same thing loudly in front of other customers he was helping. She rang me up again and the card went through with no problems. Seems that in her haste to make my order (which I perceived as getting rid of me, since I am known to them), she forget to complete the transaction properly on the cash register. In all fairness to this manager, I think that she mostly works in the back office and is not used to ringing up customers. I had never had a problem with her before either.Met another "manager" who seems to be new (Julie). Asked her for a sandwich/pastry box to take my left-overs. She said that they did not have any and that I could only get sandwiches wrapped. She was abrupt, and had an aggressive, combative attitude. I asked her if she a manager and she said that she was the manager (for the store). While being there for over an hour, another manager was on "patrol" to see who had been overstaying their welcome!

Came in the morning to get some clam chowder was told they start serving food until 10am which was a bummer however the cashier was very friendly and patient. He helped me select something else I might enjoy and his recommendations were top notch. It was my first time ever in a Panera Bread and thanks to him it certainly won't be my last. I ordered a breakfast sub which I though was pricey until I took a bite and instantly knew this was a quality over quantity type of establishment. I also got a hazelnut coffe which was superb. I had a sore throat and it fixed me right up and it was delicious. This will be my breakfast quick stop from now on.

So disappointed. Not sure if it's this particular location but I've always loved Panera and not sure I'll be back. Stopped by for a quick Pick 2- cup of chicken noodle soup and 1/2 salad. The cup was mostly broth and tiny and the salad was so brown it was inedible. Being pregnant, it wasn't worth the risk so I tossed it after a couple bites. I was running errands and had already left so I couldn't take it back. I most likely won't be back. Each came out to about $7 each... definitely not worth my money or my empty stomach.

This person is rude, I asked to see the menu, and she wasn't courteous at all, I don't understand how Panera can pay her.

Was looking for something healthy and quick for dinner. This hit the spot perfectly.Staff recommended creamy chicken soup with rice. So good in the sour dough bread bowl.
