In this occasion it was not a good experience , before sending my package a asked if there plenty of time for the package arrive for July 13 - it was very important it needed to get there on a certain day no matter what ( package sent on 6/23) - the guys said no problem , I had nothing to worry - so when the date was approaching- we started to call - we couldn’t get no one - once we got someone no could give us the tracking number - we asked for their name - it looked like we where insulting them- NO ONE WANTED TO TAKE Responsibility!!!!! Or help us
It’s is fine to charge first hand but super bad customer service !!
At the end my package didn’t arrived when it was needed - so epic fail - 200 dlls down the drain - not worth it
Package arrive the next following Monday - and NO ONe called bck with the tracking number or any help
But the weird part - nobody wanted to give their name …….

I highly recommend Paquetería Latina for shipping boxes to Mexico.
The service is first class , I have shipped several times and everything has arrived in a timely manner. Samuel is one of the employees ,he is very professional and makes sure all documents etc is done correctly.
