Awful customer service. Rude and combative staff - totally unwilling to help. Charged me for a full prescription refill and could only provide 3 pills. I came back 4 days in a row for the rest - they had new and outrageous explanations about why they didn’t have it. I asked for a refund - they said no. One staff member yelled at me and said “just to go to CVS!!” I disputed the charge on my credit card and found another pharmacy. I obviously won’t come back here.

THEY HAVE 2 STAFF IN THE AFTERNOON EVERY WEDNESDAY THEY ARE VERY MEAN. AND RUDE. THEY TRYING TO KILL THEIR CUSTOMERS. THE ARE RUDE AND MEAN, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THE NAME OF THE STAFF IS JESSICA THE BIG ONE. SHE THINK SHE IS BEAUTIFUL BUT UGLY LIKE HER PERSONALITY.

I like this store, but not today. My cashier had a hideous cough and he wasn't wearing a mask. He was wiping his nose with his hand and scanning all the products. Do you not have a sick day policy in place? Do you have no concern for the customers' health? Appalling!

Pavillions Pharmacy West Hollywood is poorly run and it is intentionally non- customer friendly.. 1) It is next to impossible to reach the pharmacy during normal business hours. 2) leaving a message does NOT earn the courtesy of a reply. 3) at the pharmacy, several employees (not pharmacists) are unfriendly, pompous and arrogant 4) Several months ago I had this conversation with the pharmacist. He acknowledged a phone problem. 5) After two months the problem continues. 6) Today, it is not possible to reach the front end store manager to contact their pharmacy to return my call. The phone tree is designed to create frustration NOT to provide customer service. This is unprofessional and unacceptable.

This has been my local store for over 15 years now and I have nothing but good things to say regarding not only the store, but more importantly, the staff. It wasn't until recently that I came to have an appreciation of how good they are. About a year ago I developed a pretty bad skin condition that leaves my hands hard to use and covered with red peeling skin. For this reason I always take my own little cart to the store to shop as walking home with bags is very painful. I go often as making big shops is impractical and have gotten to appreciate how helpful the team there is. Many recognize me and go out of their way to help me with simple things like putting stuff back in the cart that are heavy. While the whole staff is amazing one stands out. Her name is Mariela, I really hope I spelled it correctly. I believe she is one of the managers and she is always so nice and helpful. This store is, and always will be, my one and only choice for my shopping. Nearly every store in the Hancock Park area is nice but it is the service I get every time from the staff at this store that keeps me coming back year after year. So thank you Mariela, and your entire team, for treating me like a human being despite how I may look. Your kindness and help bring a little bit of joy every time I shop with you. I wish you all the best and hope that your bosses read this and appreciate what an amazing job you do every day. With greatest appreciation Iain.

Los Angeles pavilions , I would rate above Whole foods..... Plenty of variety with quality products..... staffs are friendly too... Fresh vegetables, frozen foods, Dairy products, Bakery, Wine collections etc etc is too good.... Bakery and fast food counter is having plenty of varieties.... Inside the store they have star bucks and us bank.... Plenty of parking place outside...

Nice place with Starbucks and Panda Express. The only drawback is like everyone else, cashiers are only open 2 most of the time due to current situation, I guess. Over all, they always have good service quality and items.

This review is specifically for DESTINEY who worked in the Deli area today March 29, 2022. This girl is going places. Not only because of her amazing work ethic but because of her kind and generous heart. She went above and beyond for me and she didn't even have to. I arrived to the deli to order a sandwich a little after it had already been closed. She was assisting people at the other counter and came over to me and said "hello, the deli has been closed but if you're okay with waiting for me to finish assisting these customers I would be more than happy to reopen the deli and make you a sandwich, the last thing I would want to do is refuse food to ANYONE." What an absolute ANGEL. The way she spoke to me and asked me questions about wanting my sandwich in a particular way was just so genuine. She really knows how to make a customer feel great. I know sometimes this is expected of people in customer service but you hardly see it especially to THIS extent. This company is beyond lucky to have someone like Destiney. They really hit the jackpot with her.

I give 4 stars just because I think $5.99 for a single piece of cake is awful high but it reminds me of a higher version to Family Fare or D & W which we have in Michigan where I am from originally! It's very big and busy and probably has anything a person could want! They even have restaurants inside stores which I think is pretty cool! My husband and I ventured around after my filming shoot and got a little snack to celebrate so all in all great experience and I will be back especially when I have to go to certain areas for working! Oh, I also love their rewards program and I always put my number in everytime because why not get something back we deserve it. Right?! Keep up the great customer service, you guys, you're Awesome!!

Just to clarify, I was fully vaccinated and masked at the time of the visit. I kept a safe 6 ft. distance from the 2 female Pavilions workers that were in line in front of me. The security guard was busy being "flirtatious" with them and wanted to show off, so he decided to turn to me and aggressively try to boss me around and told me to step even further back when it was him that decided to insert himself between me and the two females and break the 6 feet rule.

Last night I helped the manager and the security guard by pointing out the guy that was stealing. And then stood by to help in case they needed me for anything. Tonight I was in the parking lot handing out flyers, and the short little lady manager, (same lady that I helped,) he came out with a really shitty attitude about me having to leave. I've done this in multiple store parking lots without any problem. I asked if that was the store's policy and she wouldn't answer my question but she was extremely rude to me. I don't know where some people get their manners. Especially in case customer service.
