Shelf tag says $1 off, scan code in app. Unlike other store apps, this is not simple. Scanning does nothing. Checkout guy scans item at full price. Sends someone with me who confirms sign for this item is $1 off. He can't figure out the app either, so we spend several minutes of trial and error before the scanned product pops up in the app. Back to the checker. Item scans at .50 off. Bait and switch. Wasted ten minutes. No sale. This place is fine if you're affluent enough to ignore the prices. But for regular folks not so much.

I've been coming to the pavilions for so many years. The staff are always nice. I practically know my guardian of the Cashiers truly down to earth some are truly missed as well. I just came for Creamer . They have everything is neat and tidy and they have their clearance sale. More organized than other locations.

Great store, unfortunately it’s become robbery central. Another one today. Makes me reconsider my shopping needs. They added security cams in parking lot

This is my most favorite Pavilions location because of its extensive selection of healthy products. It is conveniently located at the boundary of Hollywood and Hancock Park, and is easily accessible by driving along Vine, Rossmoor or Melrose and via the 210 metro bus. From produce to breads/breakfast items, I love seeing a variety of vegan, keto, gluten free, whole grain and organic options. There's also plenty of on-site parking. I dig their cute selection of shopping carts because they have a mini cart, medium size and a large cart for your shopping needs. On a clear sunny day, you can also see the Hollywood sign at the corner of Melrose & Vine.

This Pavilions is OK at best. The meat department is rather small compared to the West Hollywood or Beverly Hills locations, and the selection is rather minimal. Usually you'd find more options for chicken, but at this Pavilions there's basically nothing, maybe one or two options of a marinated chicken breast of some kind (but they don't really look all that appetizing, if I'm being honest), and the pre-packaged chicken selection isn't exactly wide-ranging. I like bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs as you get great flavor from those, but they never seem to have that in stock. Sushi selection is also pretty minimal, especially when compared to the stores mentioned above. It's either salmon rolls, tuna rolls, or shrimp tempura. And the rolls themselves are mostly just rice. It seems to me they spent more time and money on the Produce department than the rest of the store, as the Produce area is rather large with a good selection of items. This location is super close to me so it's very convenient, but I try to go elsewhere when I can since I can't seem to get the things I want here. It's good for a quick stop when I need more items like milk, eggs, or toiletries but it kind of ends there.

I love that this location is open until 11 every night -so helpful! And the prices definitely as high as I expected. Lots of good deals to be found.

I wanted to do 2825$. 1000$ and 1825$ and employee told me more than 3000$ he can’t do I told it is less than 3000$ and supervisor Mariela so stupid and couldn’t calculate it less than 3000$ ask my social security number. Can calculate simple numbers and ask my social security numbers.

I went into the bakery on Tuesday and ask the young lady behind the counter for help. She rolled her eyes and ignored me and walked away. I think I didn't understand so I asked her again and she just pointed it's over there. Last time at this location. Unfortunately it was my first so never again.

Decent! Starbucks inside. Bathrooms in the back corner- you need a code; ask a staff member for help. The store is pretty clean and organized. It's one of the nicer grocery stores in the area. Better to stop here than other places nearby. We got drinks- waters and sodas for the rest of our trip home.

Ralph's Miracle Mile has a very decent roasted and fried chicken selection. Maybe the chef's at the Pavilion's Vine location should rethink their recipe. And, please, no more dry chickens.

This market is very nice because the products are well cared and the employees are courteous. Pavilions is like the wealthier cousin of Vons. Inside the market there’s a deli and a bakery like many other markets. But there’s also a panda express??? The market is kept clean and items are well stocked.

I think the manager's salary should be reconsidered. This store less quality food no one would eat in order to save money on employees who cut fresh food. Imagine running a grocery store in 2023 and being unable to pay your employees. The store is over 95% preserves food. There's one small island of organic food to manage. The rest is chemically engineered to last longer yet this store has financial issues and can not pay employees. It's 6$ for 6 grapes and 6 bites of cheese lol what gives? If that can't be maintained, someone should be let go.

This is my favorite grocery store in SoCal. Love the deli department, bakery, and produce. This place gets busy and stays busy till closing time, but well worth the wait. Used to be a Ralphs person then I realised how wrong I was. I hope the merger with Kroger does not go through, if the resulting company is more like Kroger.

This past week we went into the bakery to see if the staff could decorate 2 birthday cakes with the 2 different designs my children made for their own birthday cakes. The cake decorator(s) did not disappointed. Stellar job on both cakes. Both of my kids (and family members) were extremely impressed that their designs were perfectly done on their birthday cakes. Thank you again Bakery Staff at Pavilions on Vine Street.
