Everyone was so friendly and helpful! I brought in several garments and was expecting it to be ready the following week for pick up. I was so pleasantly surprised when she said I could pick up in a few days.They also called me to notify me of a tear in a jacket I dropped off. They gave me the option to fix it for a small fee.I couldn’t believe how affordable it was. I had been taking my clothes to another dry cleaner not from this dry cleaner and it was soooo expensive and took them forever to return my clothes. A friend recommended me this place!The manager was also really friendly, she was super helpful.10/10 recommend.

Absolute perfection at every level. I’ve worked with them when it was Peter’s and the craftsmanship on alterations continues to be masterful. I had leather elbow patches added to a beloved blazer and the care with which the placement was decided, gave me total confidence in the execution of the project. Also had moth holes re-woven on a houndstooth blazer and when I picked it up, I could NOT find where the repair had been done. People are all lovely, great “expectation management” on completion and everything pristine and ready to wear!

Came for the quality left because of fraud :/Long story short - I called for a price on the phone and got an estimate, saying the exact amount could not be determined until they get my cloths (I did a pick-up/delivery).I specifically asked them to call me once they get the clothes and confirm the final charge with me before beginning the service, which they agreed to do. I expected to be charged no more than $50 for 4 pieces based on the estimate.2 hours after pick-up I call to confirm price and they tell me they will call later as they yet to receive the clothes. They never call back, a few days go by and I receive a call telling me my clothes are outside (totally forgot about it because I expected a call from them first).The quality was great but to my surprise I was charged $75 for the 4 pieces which was way above what I expected. Moreover the delivery guy told me I got a discount which was just very ironic considering the circumstances...I call back to complain about this communication issue and they tell me the manager is on lunch break and will call me back in an hour. You guessed it, they never did and after a few hours of waiting I had to call again to speak with the manager (as you can tell their communication and customer support is the worst).I express my frustration to the manager as a first time customer and ask for a $25 refund as it was more than I was told it would cost. She tells me she will speak to the boss and get back to me on this matter.You guessed it, she never did, and I am not even sure if she passed it along to her boss at all. Perhaps fraud is a bit of a harsh term to use here but considering their horrendous customer support it really feels that way, I was charged nearly twice as much as I was expecting to be charged and they did not care to rectify the situation and make me happy as a customer.TLDR;- Decent quality of cleaning- Horrendous customer support + over charge 1st time customer- Shem

These people are thiefs. Do not go here. Especially if you have expensive / designer items and you need a place you can trust. I brought my very nice designer items here for 1-2 years because my friend told me they were good and trustworthy, after the last dry cleaner ruined a very expensive shirt. They had no issues for 1 year delivering to my previous apartment because I lived in a fully-serviced building with a valet. When I moved to a 4-unit building where I had a separate intercom for my apartment, but did not have a valet, I specifically told them I was moving and gave them the new address and instructions to come (i.e. how to buzz my intercom - which goes to both my apartment and to my phone). They successfully drop off dry cleaning once to this new address. The second time, I drop the items and as I am dropping off 2 $1,000 dresses and 1 $800-900 dress, and then 1 that was $300, I ask them *specifically* what address they have for delivery and confirm it is going to the new address. They confirm the address. But time passes and I don't hear from them and my items are never delivered. For the first 2.5-3 weeks, I don't hear anything from them. I call them, and they tell me no problem, it will go out the following Tuesday. On "the following Tuesday" I don't get anything, so I call Wednesday. They apologize and tell me they tried to deliver it to the old address (!! -- my super expensive items, when I confirmed the delivery with them when I dropped it off to avoid this ....), and they delete my old address from the system and tell me the next day on Thursday it would go out to me. I have a door panel on my unit where someone can buzz up. The guy texts me, but does not try to *buzz up* to me using my name on the screen. I get the buzz from the panel all throughout my apartment and was home all day, and I get it on my phone. I don't get text notifications. And he didn't call me. So now it's Thursday, 3 weeks later, and I don't get my items. I call again Friday, and they tell me that they are in the backroom because they couldn't deliver them. I call again on Monday to give feedback to Esmerelda, the manager, as it has now been almost 4 weeks (since July 7th) that my items have been at their location, with many mistakes on their end (delivery to the wrong address, not following delivery instructions the second time) and when I am giving her feedback, she passes the phone to the delivery driver so I can talk to him. This escalates the situation and he hangs up on me after interrupting me multiple times. If his job is on the line, and I am telling you he did not do it properly, why would he agree with me and why would you waste my time debating what I am saying with him? Way to escalate the situation, because now it's me fighting with your delivery driver, and for what?? It was beyond unprofessional for a manager to handle the situation that way, on top of the situation itself being beyond unprofessional. Just apologize, have it delivered, and take the feedback that I am using my time -- my Monday morning -- to give to you, to improve your services. You probably would have kept a client. I finally came and picked the clothing up myself immediately, as soon as the delivery driver hung up on me, because they have $3,000+ of items, and I don't trust them to keep them a second longer. I cancelled a meeting to come immediately. Do not give your items here. This is pandemic-level unprofessionalism, with no excuse for it because we are out of the pandemic and they have a ton of people who work there. If you have very nice items, find somewhere else, for your own peace of mind. Then they charged me $38 per dress when it should be $22 per dress (after the fact). Update, they continued to run my card for additional transactions AFTER they charged me for this order, when I didn't take anything new into them.

I wouldn’t take anything high end here. They’ve unfortunately gone far down in quality. Despite me asking them to be very gentle with a brand new dress shirt, they were rough enough that all the luster is gone and there are some type of black stains on the cuff. They’re fine for things you don’t care much about

This place might be expensive, but it is worth paying for if you want your expensive clothes to last longer. The guys use gentle light chemicals for the fabric, but there hasn't been a stain yet that they haven't been able to remove. The staff is always friendly, making you feel welcome anytime you enter that door. They also send courtesy text messages when your items are ready. Highly recommended!Services: Dry cleaning
