These folks at Petco literally saved our lives. We were in a bind needing airline-approved cages that met international pet travel regulations at the very last minute -I mean LAST MINUTE!!
Even though the store was closing, they were kind enough to stay and help us get the right cages and even assembled them for us on the spot. Thanks to their amazing service and genuinely kind hearts, we made it back to LAX in time to travel internationally with our two cats, avoiding what would have cost us thousands of dollars if we’d missed the flight.
I honestly cannot thank them enough. Incredible customer service, so empathetic and willing to go above and beyond.

I went to this Peacock while waiting for my friend's at the airport. I was looking for A doggie toy cause I was pet sitting for A friend. I found the cutiest vip squishy ? toy for A great price. Fun clean store

The aqua blue gold rainbow haired clerk literally couldn't be bothered with customers UNLESS it's a cute guy and apparently the manager is really the one who support this attitude
He's got 8 customers waiting at the front and one clerk. So the mgr goes and hides in the office .
No wonder she shines everyone else on. I would too. And then just pick the super cute guy customers and shine on all the females customers that were actually standing at the front . ???? waiting for 18 mins. Ya gotta have a good time and make the job work for you if your boss leaves you stranded and solo at the front! ?

The clerk was rude and rushing all the time. It was my favorite store but everyone’s energy is so bad. They seem to be bothered by getting asked to help customers.
