We order 3 pizzas from this place, they only sent me 2, I paid for some ranch as well that they did not add. I called them and they wanted me to cancel the order instead.The girls attitude was bad even though they where the one to mess up..

The worst service I have ever seen. You have to spend a lot of time to get your online order, even though the place is empty, there are no customers. I waited for my ordered pizza an extra 15 minutes in advance. If you have nowhere else to waste your free time, you are welcome here.

It was so obvious that instead of cooking me a new pizza with the three toppings I ordered, they just reheated one of the old peperoni pizzas and threw the other two ingredients on the top before handing it to me. Don't go here. Save your money.

I tried to order pizza over the phone. when she asked for my phone number, she hung up on me. assumed I don't live in Los Angeles because I have an out of state area code. I didn't even get the full phone number out. worst service I have gotten from there.

After the minimum wage increase in 2023, pizza hut fired ALL delivery drivers to only use uber/door dash. Their pizza sucks worse than their policies. Do not solicit this parasitic business.

When I bring the pizza home and open the box it was burned, so I call the place and talk to the manager. The manager said the I will get the $17 dollars credit next time I order. But I have not get the credit yet. I have the burned pizza photo, if you want I can send it to you so you can see the burned pizza. I was very angry because if the pizza was burned than they should not put in the box and never goes out to customer. Pizza Hut name brand company should not doing this to your customer.This happens on 12/10/2023 at 4207 Beverly Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90004.

This place constantly screws up my order. Usually they forget major items (like an order of wings). But sometimes, on special nights when the idiot-moon is full, they find new and exciting ways to screw up. I ordered a pizza that was half meat, half cheese. They put meat on one half of every individual square slice. On what planet does any customer want meat on only one half of every slice? Another time I tried to order the same thing and they put the pepperoni on one half and the sausage on the other. And forget trying to get your missing items or your money back. Last time I called the guy put me on hold for half an hour until I gave up. Complaining through the feedback survey just resulted in an email telling me the team at the store had been notified. Fat lot of good that'll do, as it's pretty evident no one at this location gives a single turd about doing their job with even a modicum of competence. Never ever again.

Oh Pizza Hut! I'm always getting enticed by promos and then disappointed in quality. So many of their items sound so great in theory but whenever I order from UberEats and it comes from this location - it ain't great. Why are things always overcooked from here?I'll tell you what consistently has good taste here though, the cookie! If you get that big ass warm chocolate chip cookie, you'll be be golden.The brownie has a bit of an off taste so I'd skip that.I most recently had their chicken alfredo which actually had good flavor but very minimal chicken. And the protein that was existent was very overdone.I wanted to try their new Pizza Hut Melts on my last visit and was disappointed. They looked nothing like the photo and just generally were overdone and not quite as full of ingredients as the promo pics showed. I need to start getting my pizza somewhere else lol.

Been a while since we last ordered and it makes sense now. Clicked on "I'm Here" on the app for contactless curbside and waited forever at 10:30Am even though the parking lot was practically empty on the Hut side. We even tipped 20% on a pick up. Still ended up going inside to get the pizza. Or do you only do it for 25% online tips? Take off Contactless Curbside from the App if you no longer offer it. We ordered Super Supreme stuffed crust. And there were barely enough toppings to look like a supreme. The pizza looked old and tasted old with a chewy crust. It makes sense why we don't miss eating from here anymore like we used to. This may be the last time we have Pizza Hut.

I ordered a fairly large order for curbside pickup. The app told me it was ready, I clicked the "I'm here" button upon arrival and 10 mins passed without anyone bringing my order outside. I then called to inquire and explained that I was outside, the guy said that his system showed that I was on Normandie and another named street. I was confused and told him that I was sitting right in front of their Pizza Hut store in a red suv. He said, "ok hold on," then left me on hold without anyone coming back to the phone for at least eight mins. So I deeply sighed and decided to go inside. They were making pizzas and taking food out of the oven without a care in the world that someone was sitting on the phone waiting or standing at the counter. I asked about my order and explained that I've been sitting outside waiting. He just looked at me mumbled something with a thick accent that I couldn't understand and walked away. I repeatedly said excuse me two or three times to get his attention to come back over to me and he finally came. He asked if I was DoorDash which I said no and showed my app. He then said ohhhh your food isn't ready, however, the screen on their wall showed my name and the word, "Ready" next to it. My food was not ready and was in fact being assembled, some still in the oven and other parts being prepared. I had to wait another 15 mins. I patiently waited because getting hot and bothered solves nothing but I was frustrated on the inside. When everything was ready, I asked a different guy about the procedure for the contactless curbside pickup. He told me it's no good because they are busy a lot and cannot bring the order out to vehicles. I said oh ok. This guy was pleasant and pleaded with me to never use that service again. Oh my! Got all the way home after all of that just to see that my order was NOT complete with food missing and one of the pizzas has no sauce on it! :/ I called and explained. The guy asked me to come back and I said I could not do that and asked that they deliver it. He said the delivery driver wasn't there. I explained that I didn't live that far away and if he could please deliver the missing food because of already going through everything. He finally agreed and delivered it. What an experience. Geesh. I would have given a review of a one star but gave an extra star because they grudgingly drove my missing food to me after explaining that I lived close by. Pizza Hut, get your act together and hire more workers for a Friday night! Stop being cheap trying to save money as that's not right! You are putting stress on your customers and employees having to deal with being understaffed and having to deal with the fallout of angry customers.Parking: Very tightly packed parking lot. Sometimes hard to get in and out.
