Not perfect, but by comparison it is nearly so. Dan is great and implacable in his pursuit of the proper fix. Diligent, thorough and courteous. He is always looking to make it easiest for us by attempting all fixes remotely. Also has supplied advise on new computer needs. Thanks Dan
