As a consumer, I have noticed a decline in the quality and service at your establishment. It is disappointing to see a once great restaurant go down hill. The hours of operation have been shortened and the food does not taste fresh anymore. I have also experienced incorrect orders and the chips and salsa no longer have the same freshness. These issues need to be addressed and fixed as soon as possible. It is important for your business to maintain high standards and provide customers with fresh, delicious food and excellent service. Please make the necessary changes to bring back the quality that your establishment was known for. Thank you.

Just finished eating there, actually still in the parking lot! Like always the food was delicious. The issue is the cashier who served me (forced(stole) a tip on my bill. Beware! I ordered my normal the classic chicken burrito with cheese, cilantro and onion, no pico and the guacamole on the side! The cashier and the register both said my total was $14.18 (that is the amount it always is) I signed the screen for the amount and when my receipt came through on Apple Pay it showed a total of $16.77 so the cashier forced a $2.59 or almost 15% unauthorized tip! I am on hold with my bank as I am typing this to dispute the charge. I hope the owner and or manager sees this and does the right thing and refunds my $2.59!!

Free parking lot. Good healthy Mexican food. Nice and friendly employees work here.My favorite dish is the Shrimp San Lucas plate with black beans and rice. It's a little spicy! My friends love the studio chicken plate and the fish tacos. Everything is good here. This restaurant recently made me some generously protein heavy steak tacos super plain style so I could feed my little foster puppy on the cute patio.Kid friendly. Dog friendly. Wheelchair friendly. Budget friendly. Five stars. *****

I have mixed thoughts about this place. I used to come here once a week, but things have changed for the worse. I tried a new item to me, the shrimp burrito San Lucas, and was an instant fan. Ordered it the next time I was in, and it tasted like a totally different item. And same with the time after that. For $15, it's got to be consistent. Same experience with the San Filipe burrito. And the chicken enchiladas have a new red sauce, with no flavor. Additionally, this place does not give you chips anymore - that should be automatic. For a $65 order, you don't even give a customer chips? That's just cheap. Not sure if I'll be back - too many other places.

Dam Good Vegetarian Burrito here. These guys put guac in it too! Overall the burrito was crisped very nicely and held up well, had savory salsa as well. Easy parking, good seating, nice music! All these factors make this place 5/5.

Disappointing! The food wasn't good at all, look at the burnt shrimp and just cut up chunks of veggies, no flavor whatsoever. Presentation is unflattering. Service is average! Don't recommend!

The food was absolutely amazing the only reason i didn't give 5 stars is because I personally didn't like any of the sauces they have to offer and the horchata tasted like it has cucumber in it but other than that everything else is a solid 10!

First let me start by saying I used to love the Sherman oaks location years ago. This location is just NOT it. The employees are extremely rude and always have an attitude. Aside from that the prices are ridiculous. 24$ for a burrito. Bean and cheese 11$. Like WHAT?? Never going back.

Wasteful and unsanitary, I've come to this place a lot over the years and like their food. The thing that I can't stand and makes me never want to come back is the salsa set up, they insist on providing tiny cups one is never enough (I've watched people load up ten or fifteen of them), in the past I've asked for the larger size they have behind the counter so that I can mix salsas and not make a mess and most importantly not waste unnecessary plastic or food, today the person at the counter told me that I had to buy the larger size. This is stupid because in my case I'll only take one and try to mix salsa then have to go back to refill the cup which poses sanitary problems, I don't know why they do this it just ends up costing them more when people take more than they are going to use, which is environmentally and socially irresponsible!

Love this little taco shack. Only pitfall is that they lack good vegetarian options.
