Came by at 7:47pm 8/23. Google said closing was 8pmGirl at the counter was there but already locked up. Looked right at us. And then refused to make eye contact. Unbelievable!

This location is great. It's close to me so it's super convenient. I don't usually get their juices but their freezes is really good! Over the summer, they Freeze happy hour where you get 50% off freezes during the happy hour times. Hoping they'll have it again this summer!!

Ordered online, paid, and went to the store at 0745pm to pickup. The kid in the store told me and a door dash driver trying to pick up her order that the store was closed because he wasn’t scheduled to work until 9. We explained our orders had already been paid for. He said he still wouldn’t give us our orders and stated I’d have to contact corporate customer service for a refund. I explained that there would be no way for me to verify that I had not picked up my order when the store wasn’t supposed to close until nine. I asked him for the managers contact information so I could make sure the issue was handled. He said he would go and get it, locked the door, and proceeded to close out his till over the course of about 10 minutes. When the delivery driver and I both knocked on the door again he looked up at us and said “we’re closed.” I once again asked him for the managers contact information and he waved me off and said “we are closed.” Then he and his friend who were both in the store at the same time began laughing at me when I asked him for his name and title and told him that I would be speaking to the corporate office and his manager. Absolutely horrible experience at this location. I will be following up with a manager in the morning.

This location has a constant issue with their Acai Machine. It is always broken and or the Acai is too frozen. Understaffed and definitely needs some retraining on customer service skills.

Tried the green freeze and definitely tasted the "green". It has a bit of a plant-tartiness taste to it. Toppings were typical fruit, nuts, and granola. Nothing too crazy. Overall, pretty solid snack.

My local, go-to Pressed location! Always great service, plus online ordering and pick-up are incredibly easy through the app. Been frequenting this location for almost a year, and I've never had any issues.

Pressed is a staple at my house! I am obsessed with the freezes (which are vegan and gluten free)! My personal favorite is the vanilla freeze with chocolate chip cookie crumble, almond butter drizzle and strawberries!

Love having a Pressed Juicery down the street from me! This location has freezes, and you should RUN to Pressed to try the new dragonfruit freeze before its gone for the season (5/5 would recommend). The açaí freeze is pretty good too. The price point is reasonable, though their smoothies and juices don't quite match up to the quality of fresh juices/smoothies at places like Juice Crafters.

Isaac is always helping me when I go there and knows exactly what I want ( since I'm a regular now ) will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. The products is rich in flavor and healthy . Win win situation :)

I'm a HUGE fan of pressed juicery and always have been but after going to this location, I'm unsure if I'll be back. The staff was extremely rude and acted like they were angry at us for just entering the store and when I ordered my freeze, he barely filled my cup and put the smallest amount of toppings. When I'm paying close to $7 for a small freeze, I expect the staff to at least fill my cup. Next time, I will definitely go to a different location where I feel welcomed and taken care of.

Was just waiting in line for 15 mins while two people were dealing with one order. It took so long with no acknowledgement to the other people in line that I placed my order online (paying $.30 for a juice than they sell in stores). As soon as whatever issue was resolved. The manager Isaac left and literally said "I'm not here". Didn't even help us after making us wait nearly 20 minutes. It was SO RUDE!!! Wow I've truly never experienced such to-the-face awful customer service. We're paying $7 for a JUICE, be kind.
