I came with a disabled child during working hours. The door was already closed. When the employee came out, I was refused to give out containers for the dough. It's 1 minute to give out the container. We drove for a long time and who took an urgent test. We did everything right, but the laboratory refused to service. It's a bad story. Quest, I can sue for such a thing.

I arrived 10 minutes early and was seen right away, I barely had time to sit down before my name was called. The woman who took care of me was very efficient, I don't like getting blood drawn but she talked to me the whole time to help me keep my mind away from it and I barely felt it. I was in and out in maybe 15-20 minutes. Amazing.

The lady working is asking people to come back tomorrow. She’s talking about how behind it is and discouraging people to wait. Very unprofessional. Another employee was arguing with a patient loudly in the back during this going on.

the person who took my blood was really good. i went different hospital to take my blood but i ended up with the bruise. since i met her on that location i always go to her.she is good of what she does. and she is always nice and welcoming

TBH my experience at Quest Diagnostics today was beyond my expectation and I don't understand why it only has a 3.0 rating on Google Maps. (Also I didn't find any high rating lab in LA area, which is weird?)
The facility was clean, the phlebotomist was doing her job fine, she located my vein quick and easy. The check-in at kiosk was actually pretty smooth, but I understand it might be difficult for elderly people (you can reach out for human help too).
Garage parking is $3 per 15 minutes, $13 max.
Overall I'd recommend checking this location out for lab tests.
