I received very professional care and the service was excellent. Everything was clean, fast, and well organized. I just want to encourage the staff: don’t lose your joy—a smile can also heal. Thank you for your work, and may God bless you!

This office sucks but what can you do but write a review. As a black woman I feel extremely uncomfortable with the care I received at this location. I requested a call from a supervisor, I was ignored and never called. They continually get the money and run without decency . I hate going here but again, it is necessary. Be kind to one another.

the women who work here are so kind and patient. yesterday I saw them deal with patients speaking at least three languages and ages ranging from 20-about 90. They treated everyone with respect and listened carefully and helped them all check in and ushered them all to the treatment rooms happily. It can't be easy and I really appreciate the upbeat feeling at this location.

Marlo and Marleny are excellent representatives for Quest's mission. They are friendly, experienced, explained all questions and very caring to my fear of needles. I would definitely return to their office if lab work is required again. I left the office smiling thanks to both of them. Thank you ladies!!

I had scheduled an appointment. I arrived about 10 minutes early. The electronic check-in is easy to understand and easy to use. Once I was checked in, my name was called within 5-10 minutes. The waiting time exceeded my expectations.

Parking is horrible first all so if you can have someone drop you off or park in the streets is the best options but with that said I am still giving it a 5 stars because no wait even as a walking in with no appointment. Staff is amazing Noami helped me this last time so friendly and helpful even though they were busy and it was the end of the day which means allot and says even more that her attitude was still so positive.

Mediocre service and unkind attitude from nurses. Lack of receptionist creates unequal access to treatment for people who are not tech savvy or who need additional assistance.

Went to a Quest facility in DTLA since I was fasting and it was the only facility with a morning appt. I had to pay $12 to park . Your clinic does NOT validate for parking. Quest already is well compensated. Don't be so greedy. Validate parking.

There's really no point in making an appointment if you're not going to be seen around that time. I waited for 45mins after my appointment to be seen.

a bit torn whether to give it 3 stars or 4, i mean, if you keep your expectation low, the place is fine, it does its job.
So first thing to get out of the way is appointment: go make it, don't just walk in, you will wait forever; that's seems to be main cause for 1 star reviews here, you will just sit there and wait forever as ppl who made appointment just bump you down the list.
Also, the place has no receptionist, check in is all done on a tablet. If you are reading this here on Google Review you be fine, but for those technologically challenged (eg: your grandpa/ma) please keep this in mind.
I made appointment at 12:30pm, arrived and checked in at 12:29pm, got out of there at 1:10pm, so even with appointment there is still a 40 minute wait, which echoes some of the reviews here. Don't expect this to be an in-and-out affair as some have experienced, and you be a happy camper.

Clean and easy to access once you park. Extremely fast service once you are checked in with an appointment. I think I was sat for all of two minutes before I was called back. The only issue is that when I was given my cup for the test I was there for, the employee touched the inside of the cup with her bare hands that she had just touched doorknobs and keyboards with. Having had to do these tests often for an autoimmune condition, I know that having a sterile cup is essential and her touching the inside could now contaminate the sample. I’ve always been given a sealed, sterile cup with wipes and instructions on how to clean catch, but this place she pulled out the cup and lid with unwashed hands, and then pieced them together and just said, “down the hall”. She was nice, but this felt very unsanitary and concerning.
