The parking lot is grossly inadequate with small spaces. Bike, walk, take transit, ride-share, or be prepared for urban combat driving. Check-ins are kiosk only. Everything else is nice and professional.

Very professional - in and out. Easy check in. Crowded so book and appointment. Park a block away by the school/park for a little walk beforehand to avoid parking

Other than a small parking lot, and limited Street parking on Wednesdays, I was in an out in under 12 min.

Very efficient, online scheduling system. Very easy check in upon arrival. I was done within 10-15 minutes of my appointment time. My phlebotomist did a great job, gave me documentation on the tests that would be done and their out of pocket costs. I'm a big fan of Quest. Keep up the good work; we'll be back!

The only problem was having to schedule the appointment. It took 7 phone calls??
Otherwise I walked in on time. I checked in and was called to the back in less than five minutes!!! Your tech America is wonderful! She drew my blood and never felt the needle as she found my vain!!! She's amazing and diffently a keeper!!! Thank you sooo much. So happy that labs are over. I doubt that anything can be done regarding the parking⁉️ Till the next time, please tell America thank you and keep up the good work!!!
