Staff is super lazy at most questthey will say and do anything not to do there work the ps on prairie is horrible Sandra is the only professional there with patients and professional if the work is too much don't come to work .

Took my daughter in on a Saturday morning. The place was packed with walk ins. Luckily we booked online and got in pretty quick. The staff were great, really sweet and friendly. Heidi was especially thoughtful and caring towards my daughter. I would never go in without an appointment.

Both Appointments & Walks in’s take forever! The lobby is packed even people standing because there’s not enough chairs. Everyone complaining so I’ll save yourself a trip. I left and just scheduled an appointment at a different location.

Terrible attention from the nurse in charge in the mornings who is very arrogant when answering the elderly when they ask for help or ask questions. I really wouldn't want my parents to treat them like that.
