No stars. I have to have a test done that requires 8 hours of fasting. Made an appointment for 12:40 - struggled with parking downtown only to get into the facility and they have no record of my appointment. There's no one to talk to - they just have a tablet check--in so no one to help. Very frustrating and have asked my doctor if there are other testing facility options available.

Mariana Bugarin has the worst attitude. I’ve never been to a more unprofessional quest location. She drew my blood and missed several times. I have the biggest bruises on my arm. She didn’t even bother apologizing. Do yourself a favor and avoid Mariana!

This location was very lovely, check in was very easy with the kiosk if you are up to date with tech it sure will be easy. It's important to be on time and have your documents ready because they are very punctual about those things which I think is great because it does not create a chaotic environment. You will be seen at the exact time your appointment is scheduled which I think is great so you won't waste time. When you go inside the workers are very nice. They instruct you on what they are going to do and not surprise you. Very gentle as well and double check with you before sending your tests in. Recommend this location. Especially doing an appointment before coming.

I waited for a short period and received excellent care from Heidi, a great phlebotomist! The team has to deal with a population that's not tech savvy. It would be faster if they replaced the kiosk with both machine for the younger pups who get it and a human for those who don't. Please take public transportation to that office, because the parking is sparse. I came back to Yelp to give this clean, great office a much needed shoutout!

I have been to many Quest Diagnostics and this one on Grand Ave is the worst!!!! The monitor displaying where you are on the queue is off, it seems to be on purpose. There’s no one to assist you in person. The staff that does come out are rude. It was really sad and frustrating.

Guys, please make an appointment for your work! I have completed my blood work within 15 minutes. I fainted during my last blood work at my PCP's office, so I was also pretty nervous today. But Arlene kept talking to me to make me comforted and used butterfly needle for less pain. She is so nice and really good at her work! I will definitely use this place for my future lab. Thanks, Arlene :)

This place is awful. They've literally put a wall in front of the desk that used to be there so it's impossible to get help from a human being anymore. You can only check in on the tablet and then you're trapped in a cramped waiting room with poor ventilation until someone finally comes out to help you. This creates a dehumanizing, dystopian experience for patients all so that Quest can save a few bucks on labor. Pathetic. All I needed was to pick up some test supplies that my doctor ordered from Quest. You would think this would only take a few minutes but it took more than an hour to get in and out. Very hard to flag someone down to help me since the waiting room is completely unstaffed. If you don't have an appointment you're a second class citizen here. If you have any choice in the matter (most people unfortunately don't) then seek care elsewhere.

Had to wait for a long time after checking in early. Have to use annoying apps to see my results. Wait room was very loud.

Where to start…. The staff here are very rude and incompetent. Like you do know your job exist because you need patients right?! So treat those patients with respect. Ms. Thing with the curly/wavy brown hair with glasses, short and rude acting like the boss, needs to be checked. This ain’t your hood sweetie so talk to patients with respect and not attitude. Why does this place have walk in welcomed when in fact walk-ins are not welcomed, cus apparently they won’t see walk-ins no matter, even if you checked in. A big FYI to that cus they’ll just have you there like a dummy for hours and not care about you. Horrible place. Please humble your staff and come up with a better system cus it’s not working.

The check in was quick, if you can do on kiosk. They have one staff checking in and two kiosk machines. The kiosk takes a picture of you ID and insurance and you can check in with QR code or phone number. If you have an appointment you just wait few minutes to be called if you do not you are put on waiting list. I needed to leave a urine sample, the restroom had no soap, no paper towels. The metal box to leave urine looked old and the door was not secure. Inside the metal box was a urine sample, who knows how long it had been sitting there since right before I went in restroom a staff was getting out. The staff should have know their was no more soap and restock. Going inside the restroom felt like if I was using a public restroom and did not feel I was at a private clinic restroom. Leaving my urine sitting there made me wonder how long mine will be there and I felt insecure as it had my name on it. The place looks busy and some patients seem lost because their signs are not in Spanish (many Spanish speaking patients come here). I did witness a staff who came out and helped the patients who wanted to check in kiosk. The nurse that help me call me by my first name then took me too small room to check in and verified my information. My visit took about 20minutes. So I was very satisfied with time. I was satisfied with how quick my doctor received my results (next day). Overall it was an okay experience but I hope they read this review and restock the restroom supplies.

Came here to get blood samples taken, originally on a Thursday. Made the appointment that same day and came in, checked in at the kiosk, and was called within ten minutes. I didn't end up getting anything done because I didn't realize i had to fast beforehand as ordered by my doctor, so i made another appointment for the next day Friday. Second time coming in and again check-in was quick and was called fairly quickly. Even though the service was quick because i made an appointment, the staff seemed fairly curt to me and with people walking in and this didn't really encourage a welcoming environment to be in.

Im only giving two stars because i got in and out fast. First let me start by saying that the parking here completely sucks you literally have to either pay a ton to park in the parking garage or do you have to walk forever in a not so safe neighborhood to get to the building. On this particular day it was raining so I was partially wet when I get to my appointment 10 minutes early and they tell me that I can't be seen without a mask. Mind you I work in the medical field and in our office we no longer require mask However I understand that they are required at some places. So I kindly asked the lady do you have a mask and she tells me no we don't have any. At this point my thoughts are well how are you acquiring your clientele to wear mask yet you don't offer them to any, not everybody brings mask with them anymore as it is 2023. She then tells me I can go to the front and see if they will offer me a mask. So I go to the front and ask the security if they have an extra mask and they say no they don't there are other medical assistance at the front door where I can clearly see that they have boxes of mask and I ask them if they can just spare one mask again they tell me no it's only for their patients I to explain to them that I understand but I would really appreciate it if they could just give me one mask and they again tell me no. so I now have to walk back in the rain to my car to hopefully find a mask if not reschedule. This is completely ridiculous and where is the customer service I mean like I said I work in the medical field and I understand that people don't carry mask anymore so it would be nice if you require it at your office to offer them to your clients. Luckily I found a little security guard outside who had a little shop who I kindly asked if I can please get a mask from him which he Thankfully said no problem and was the nicest person that I talked to in that entire building. I then walked back in and the lady then says to me so you found a mask which I don't not reply to her because obviously I have a mask and you see one on my face. As I'm trying to check into my appointment the machine says I have no appointment which I obviously do because I have a confirmation in my text messages so the lady tells me oh well you can just be seen at the next appointment slot which luckily was only five minutes after my appointment. I was able to get in only five minutes after my appointment time and was in and out of there very quickly which is the only reason I am giving this review to stars. I have worked in the medical field for seven years now and I just feel like nowadays people are just going to it for the money or just to have a job nobody really has customer service and this place is completely one of those places. You can tell the girls obviously don't care about their clientele all they care about is getting in and getting out by five it's completely ridiculous and I will not be coming back to this location

Got some blood work done for a treatment I want to do and they didn't have the tuberculosis test. So now I have to go get tested again somewhere else. I've never had this issue at any other location. I even tried calling before to make sure they have the test available -- 30 minutes and 20+ phone trees later with no answer. Garbage patient support with no real way to reach the actual lab. Also I forgot my mask because well, it's almost the end of 2022. They didn't have any extras, were super rude about it, and made me walk home to get a mask, then come back. Totally get it - my fault for forgetting it, but you don't have to act like there's a stick up your a*s about it Way to put the prick in needle pricking
