The front desk technician (appeared to be Russian) was extremely rude. We checked in at 9:00 a.m. for a walk-in appointment and waited patiently. After two hours, we politely asked about the wait time, and she suddenly raised her voice, saying walk-ins are not guaranteed and we might not be seen. When I asked why that wasn’t communicated earlier, she shut the door in my face.
As a healthcare provider myself, it’s disappointing to see patients treated with such disrespect. A little professionalism and clear communication would go a long way.

Fastest service ever. I make an appointment and I'm treated as a priority. The people there never miss my vein (yes, it's happened at almost every other Quest or blood test). The people are great. The parking is annoying; that's the only downside. Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to deal with parking OR park down the street by Roxbury Park and walk over. It's free down there.

I give the lab technicians a five-star review as they are wonderful folks working at this location. However, I give the company as a whole a one-star review. There is nobody to talk to on the phone. Everything is done via AI agent on their website that don't provide any information and a total waste of time. I just had to reschedule my appointment with my doctor since after ten days Quest has not yet provided all my test results. Additionally, parking for this location is horrific and they don't validate parking. This is all due to corporate greed. You have a-holes running this company on the top level.

The medical professional who actually tended to me was very good. Nothing else about Quest is even remotely acceptable.
There's nobody who can answer questions. Just a screen with two options: Sign up for appointment or confirm you're there for an existing appointment. You also can't call them on the phone. It's clearly the CVS model of using a skeleton crew at all time to increase profit. As a result you're moved through with minimal consideration or face to face communication. The medical workers need to work on you quick because there's a whole room full of people waiting and maybe two or three in the back. It's turning medical care into a slaughterhouse model.
As a cherry on top they don't validate.

Verbal communication was difficult to follow owing to accent and speed of speech. Needle piercing was heavy. It was also held roughly during extraction of blood.

The best service and location! Ryan is very good, no pain at all. I’ve been to other Quest locations but this is so far is the best for me. There is paid $10 parking fee but it’s ok for me because the service is fast and excellent. Other locations have free parking but the waiting times and locations are not as good as this Quest location. Highly recommend this branch for lab test and more.

I don't know what's up with all the bad reviews here. Parking for the building was a bit bad, but can't be helped due to how busy the place is. I got there right on time for my appointment, checked in, and was seen within ten minutes. I was in and out of there under thirty minutes, and the staff member there was really nice and professional. No bruising, no constant stabbing to find the vein, etc. Greatest experience I've ever had at a Quest Diagnostics, and happy to go back for future appointments!

The lady that took my blood hurt me by shoving the needle in many angles in one draw it was very painful .then after that she stuck me in the hand I wish I someone better it was poor profomments and painful I was glad to get out I regret going their again
