I recently went there for the Netflix pop up. There are a couple of foodtrucks and they also have clean, air conditioned restrooms.

Friendliest people I've ever worked with and I had a wonderful time going to work and being a part of this family, and yes from security to the people at the top every one went out of their way to meet you and help you.

Wow! An almost living, breathing link to the earliest days of Hollywood film-making. This 10-acre site went up in 1915, when there were probably more horses and cows in this section of LA than people. It is said this may be the worlds longest lasting, uninterupted film studio! Known at various times as the Clune and later California studios, it was also Famous Players, a man named Jesse Lasky later took that incarnation across the street and renamed it Paramount Pictures. This site was also Francis Ford Copolla's ill-fated Zoetrope. He's been doing a lot better in the No Cal wine biz! Today Raleigh is a series of high-tech screening rooms with 2K to 4K and 3D digital projection with Dolby surround sound. Post-production film and sound editing facilities are also available. Fancy screening rooms named after Chaplin, Fairbanks and Pickford, who once trod the silent cinema boards here, can be rented for special events. Catering, valet parking and even a red carpet for guests can be arranged. There is also a nice, open-to-the-public cafe. A neat, useful historic site, well worth both a visit, and serious use.

This is a cool venue! I was here as a speaker for the California Vegetarian Food Fest. I like that the venue has indoor and outdoor capabilities. It was a gorgeous day so being outside was super fabulous! We spoke in an "auditorium" that was upstairs. It was more like a small theater and it was dark. The sound, A/V, and A/C was good. The Veg Fest has a demo stage at the Raleigh Cafe and that seemed to be a good location for speakers. It also attracted people who were eating as they could sit in the shade and enjoy their delicious vegan food from the festival.

This was a pretty cool place! I went to a vegan veg fest here. This venue was both inside and outside. They had a great theatre for keynote speaking.

Netflix made the Raleigh Studios their home base for showcasing their shows for Emmy considerations for TV Academy voting members (like me). They had different shows on daily and the duration was for several weeks. I attended several of their events for different shows. They started by showing clips of their shows and followed with a panel session with writers, directors, showrunners and actors. Sometimes the panels were specialized and they had costume and set designers and location managers. Following the panel sessions, there was a party afterwards in the adjacent soundstage. All in all it was very informative for people in the TV and film biz. Later you could talk to the panel, get autographs and selfies. You had to be a TV Academy member to get in and you were allowed to bring a guest. They are finished for this year. If you're interested in attending the FYC Emmy screenings and parties next year give me a holler.

I just started working at Raleigh Studios and decided to give this cafe a try. The service was so friendly and helpful. It was lovely out on the patio. And they give free chips and salsa which were delicious. The best part was the actual dish I ordered: Mushroom & Spinach Risotto with parmesan cheese. It was really fantastic. Huge portion. Enough for lunch and dinner. Give this little awesome cafe a try.

Looks like my luck is on it's way to the top. I'll make sure to shower the blessings on to those who bent over backwards even when it put them in a jam. You know who you are.

I thought it was extremely exciting to see a real studio for the first time in my entire life. The most amazing thing was that I got interviewed at the red carpet for the first time! Plus that I thought it was very amazing to see my film inside of a film and series studio! That was also very cool!
