HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE JULIA WAS HORRIBLE!!! EVERYTIME WE GO TO THIS RALPHS WE HAVE THE WORDT EXPERIENCE WITH HER ! THE LINE WAS ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE FREEZER SECTION ALMOST INTO THR DELI!!! ONE LANE OPEN!! WAITED OVER 20 min!! we saw Julia on her phone laughing smiling and we even have it on video !!!!! while we're all waiting in a long line ! my boyfriend approached her and asked her if they could open another lane backed of how long it was getting ! she then told him NO! CONTINUED on her phone call !! till finally the guy ringing everyone up asked her to please open a lane !! she looked so so upset!!! gave everyone the meanest face ! not only did they the lane finally but ! then they say line open ! instead of saying next guess in line and then everyone follow ! everyone just ran to the next line !! she kept staring at me and my boyfriend from her lane after the fact with mean faces ! she is horrible and should not be working for Ralph's if she hates her job!! when you see people face to face everyday your job is to inspire people and just get there day atleast somewhat better then what u never know it might or might not be !! I too know what it's like to stand behind the register and deal with customers! but u never know what people are going through ! not only that ! but set the example not only for others but for urself !! be that good person be that happy person be that Julia that people would know and LOVE AT UR JOB!!! I've gone to plenty ralohs my entire life and this is by far the worst !

While I lived in KTown this was my favorite Ralphs. It was always clean and well stocked. The staff was nice.

Had a terrible self check-out experience with an assistant named Abagail. Terrible customer service and probably dislikes her job. There was so much attitude, for I don't know what reason. I asked for assistance by raising my hand. She came over and told me if I wanted her help that I needed to move cart. I stated, of course. While assisting me, she kept looking around, and I asked if everything's okay. She stated yeah why. I told her she seemed upset. And that set her off. Yeah, I'm not going there again.

Poor experience, while packing my groceries the cashier and bagger choose to speak about being ill and not doing well while putting my things in bags. I feel it super inappropriate conversations while dealing with costumers groceries. They need to be mindful on the conversations they have. ??

I've been shopping at Ralph's for decades. The prices are ok and the store is well-stocked. But everyone who works there seems like they hate it. They see their customers as enemies. They are unhelpful, condescending, and nasty. I am done. There are a lot of grocery stores in Los Angeles.

Cashier Maria refused to refund unbaked(inside) bread because I had it. How do you know inside is not baked without eating? She also took $15 by changing $20 as $5.(Update: customer service fully reimbursed it. Thank you.)

The only way to pay is to self-checkout, and when you get to a certain number of items, the machine will lock and call for an employee who is busy with someone else. These big companies are saving money by using customers as cashiers without pay.

Excellent Customer Service - Thanks to Alex!I recently visited Ralph's on Third Street and had an exceptional experience with Alex, the manager, in the meat department. I had an urgent need for 5 pounds of chuck roast cut into stew meat, but unfortunately, they didn't have any pre-packaged. However, Alex went above and beyond to assist me. He asked me exactly what I wanted and how big I wanted it, and quickly stepped in to help me out of a bind. I sincerely appreciate the time, effort, and energy he put into making sure I got what I needed.I must say, this level of customer service was exemplary! Because of Alex's exceptional assistance, I would definitely go back to this Ralph's even though it's a bit out of my way, I would make the trip solely based on the outstanding service provided by Alex. Thank you again for going above and beyond!

I had such a great customer experience this evening while shopping for some items for dinner!I am HUGE on customer service and in this day and age it seems like it is so hard to find and people don't really care about their customers.I was looking for organic Lemons, well it started with plantains I was looking for. I asked a worker in the produce section (Ryan) about plantains he cracked a joke and showed me where they were (they were literally right in front of me LOL).Then I need help locating the organic Lemons, I went to Ryan again for assistance and he walked me over to where they would be and said that they are all out but they do have the bagged organic Lemons. I only needed two so I asked about limes. He walked over to them but sadly there were only three that did not look so hot.Ryan asked me to wait a minute as he went to the back to double check if there were any. I did not want to be that much of a bother (more then I already was lol) but Ryan insisted saying he had not gotten to the section yet and he would have to do it anyway and he didn't mind.WOW talk about above and beyond!! Ryan was extremely helpful and I appreciate his assistance because that is very rare. I'm from the South so I know about hospitality and such! But the great service didn't stop there, as I was checking out my cashier Akter was pretty amazing herself! I was with a friend and she noticed one of his cucumbers was bad and she asked her bag to retrieve a fresher one for him. She also just had really great energy and a pleasant spirit.I usually go to another grocery store but now I will continue with this location. I spoke to the manager about these two associates and how great they were at assisting me and she too was really awesome! I didn't get her name though but she is Hispanic with wavy hair and had glasses on.Thank you so much for the wonderful experience, appreciate you all! ??????

I live around the corner and have always gone to Ralph's/Kroger's for years. Don't go to this one.Putting aside the dinginess and only having about 5 total carts available, unless you are grocery shopping at ungodly hours of night or morning, the time to get through checkout is not worth it. Despite having 2 areas of self-checkout with 6 stations each, they elect to only have one of them open during the busiest hours of day with only 2 cashier lines open at best. The resulting lines extend deep into the aisles and lead to heavy crowding at the front of the store. Furthermore, waiting to checkout lasts from 30 minutes to an hour and, at that point, you're better off driving to a more distant grocery store as you'll get there and back faster. This is to say nothing of the security guard at the front doors that frequently made unwanted advances toward my roommate - even to the point of touching and grabbing their hands when they went there.Aside from that, the cashiers are great. They do their best with the situation and the people at self-checkout are always friendly.
