45 minutes before closing at 12:15 am the security guard said no more entry. Looks like they close the shop at least 45 minutes before reported closing. Vonns across the street is significantly superior in terms of both service and quality of the products they store. take it from a guy making late stops to the grocery store.

Usually has free the dope shelves fully stocked but this place can get super busy at times. I recommend going late at night, they're open till 1am and the parking structure can get pretty nutty as well.

They have recently made some aesthetic updates to the store but the selection is still poor. Kroger, Private Selection, expect to only see the typical Ralphs brands and nothing else. Lately (for a couple months) I have been smelling a rotten sour smell in the meat section. As if something has gone bad and no one has bothered to clear it out. Also there are people working in the store trying to sell WiFi and they are really aggressive. Every time I go in, it never fails they’ll be there standing near the deli section. They are really annoying. They put some more self check out lanes so waiting to get the hell out of there is not much of a problem anymore. Its location is convenient for me but I’d rather go out of my way most days.

Just a heads-up, they close at 12:45, not 1, and it's not just the time when they close the doors but the time shopping stops.

Do not order from the bakery!
I ordered a personalized quarter sheet cake for my boyfriend’s birthday 2 days ago for today at 7pm. I received an email stating the order was received
I called today to check on the status of my cake. The guy in the bakery stated that the cake wasn’t made?! He said the lady in the bakery has done this before and was already gone for the day!
I spoke to the manager and she said it’s not the cake makers fault but maybe the order wasn’t received
Sounds like there is a lot of drama in this place but either way it’s still the store’s fault. Check the orders, have good employees and find managers that don’t make excuses. She didn’t even apologize
She even said that she is the one who handles the orders and they don’t have my order. I have an email confirmation. The only thing she told me was to just come in and buy a cake that they already have made… that doesn’t make up for the cake I ordered to be personalized.
Truly upsetting! I don’t complain often but I was relying on this store and they let me down.

Love how the security guards want me to roll my ⚡ ? into the market up and down any which aisle I freely choose to roll inside Ralphs… all for the purpose of safely stealing my ? iKR? #ASSMAN# ??

Interior is fine.. it's not like Trade Joes or WholeFood's nice but it's Ralphs and it's what you expect. The parking lot... well the parking lot smells like piss and you'll feel the stickiness under your shoes when you walk around. They need to powerwash the ground once a year since they are located in KoreaTown. But hey the city never does it so why would Ralphs.

Best Ralphs. Never over crowded. Great prices, selection. No, they're not all the same. -1 star as it Was 24hr.
