In the heart of my bustling MidCity neighborhood lies Ralph's, a grocery store that harbors secrets beneath its seemingly ordinary shelves. The facade of convenience and routine shrouds a mystery waiting to be unraveled. As a frequent visitor, I navigated the aisles with a sense of familiarity, lured by the proximity to my residence. The staff, always wearing welcoming smiles, added an extra layer of charm to the place. However, my ordinary grocery run took an unexpected turn, veering into the realm of suspense and unease.A peculiar incident involving string cheese became the first chapter of this gripping tale. A seemingly innocent purchase revealed a hole, a portal into the unknown. Had something nibbled on it, or was it a trick of the light? I dismissed it, disposing of the evidence without a second thought.Yet, destiny led me back to the scene of the mystery, the grocery store that held more secrets than I could fathom. As I perused the aisles, a shiver ran down my spine, confirming my worst fears. A swift movement on the floor caught my eye—a black rat, a silent witness to the clandestine affairs within these walls. The truth was now laid bare, confirmed by the screams of another female customer & her son who shared my discovery.Whispers of a rat-infested Ralph's circulated among the shoppers, a tale of shadows and scurrying creatures. A realization struck like a bolt of lightning – the sanctity of the store was compromised. Panic set in as I remembered the innocent victims of this hidden infestation: the bread, the tortillas, and anything accessible to the rodents. The suspense reached its climax, echoing the unsettling truth that there's always more than one rat in this enigmatic grocery store. A place that once symbolized routine now stood as a haven for secrets and unexpected twists. In the midst of mundane grocery lists, a mystery unfolded, leaving me to question the hidden stories behind every product on those shelves.

Highly disappointed with the store. Tried to buy a delicious cake, but they refused, claiming the section was closed. If it's closed, why display cakes? Was told to come back tomorrow, and today they won't sell it to me. Extremely frustrated. A few days ago, waited nearly 30 minutes for the get some cake.

- parking lot- public transit- wide selection of produce, grains-Santa maria tri-tip- close to other shopping center- professional staggAlthough they have two multiunit self checkout areas, they rarely have both open at the same time. The lines are unnecessarily long.

Too crowded and expensive, if you don't have a Ralphs card you'll be paying double... sucks. Go to trader Joe's better.

This Ralphs has become a real disgrace to the dismay of the the awesome Rimpau community. The rude and unprofessional manager on Sunday morning there would not assist me checking out at a register when I exercised my right not to use self check-out. She simply said, "the registers are not open". When I attempted to leave, the security guard closed the door behind him and facing me asked me to open my backpack. I was humiliated by this unlawful search. Im am currently seeking legal advice to level a lawsuit against this Ralphs supermaket.

Very expensive except for digital deals which mostly involve buying 'bulk' (3 to 5 items). Other Ralphs around LA have lower prices (although those on the Westside even higher usually)

Hey food is high right now, but Ralphs keeps it decent. I found a good selection of produce & meat today. The bakery was rather nice as well!

Unbelievable! I asked the guy where the imitation crab meat was and he was so rude and nasty acting. I just left. This store is not what it used to be. It’s a dump with lazy angry workers. I’ll drive down the street to Vons and get better service.

Dirty, crowded and shelf placement makes NO sense...Other then that it's a pretty good Ralph's as far as bakery/dessert selection and variety.

German “the manager” is so rude and keeps the customers standing in line. There are no baggers at all unlike the Other Ralph’s. This place is turning into a dump……..
