Just spoke to Danielle the manager about the register, cash out representative coming off at a very negative way. I was charging my items and it was making the sound like if it was charging, I didn’t realize that it wasn’t actually charging so it called the representative. the representative goes over counter items and says, scan items that you did not scan very loudly in front of everyone making it Stealing I’m not so I tell her you know you need to choose your wordings make it seem like I am stealing Get it right she the representative that was registered cash I thought she was gonna come on me and hit me when I was speaking to Danielle Manager and the other hand was making faces while I was talking Like she’s asking me how do you want her to talk to you? Talk to me with respect don’t talk to me like The word you and it makes it off Me defensive and it could start a problem. You need to educate your workers on what word So she’s trying to explain to me like you’re doing it so it replies as you I guess Danielle doesn’t have the capacity to understand the clients perspective you To be a manager, don’t make faces when someone’s giving you a story about a situation Don’t know you what one word can make a person feel ultimate faces !!!
IS IT BECAUSE I AM HISPANIC YOU THINK YOU CAN DEROGATE ME LOUD , JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE A BLACK EMPLOYEE AND YOUR A BLACK MANAGER YOU MAKE IT SO DIFFICULT.

Today went to Ralph on Manchester and western
Went to purchase 8 pc fried chicken the person be hind the counter was very very rude I asked her if the made some coleslaw she told me well you are standing infront of the counter do you see any I’m behind the counter You can see better then me. She was extremely rude I just left the store also the people from Spectrum are very annoying

Got ice? Apparently not. Like you're a grocery store and you don't stock up on your items for your customers to buy? I like Ralph's though they're a great grocery brand. But do better and stock up your items.

I don't like the one way in and one way out... I don't feel safe,
I witnessed customers stealing produce and groceries walking out of the
door passing two Ralph's employees and a Security Guard who was too busy on his mobile phone to notice the theives walking past him.
I avoid the 'ghetto' Ralphs.

Horrible store. They have valet parking in front. But only for the worst block auto buckets. I watched some guy open 12 packs of grapes to pick the individual grapes he wanted. Disgusting. But the employees say nothing. After 8pm all the thiefs come in and go fill their bags in the aisles and walk out. Self check supervisors will stare at you scan every item to ensure you dont steal but ignore the smokers walking right in front of them with a pack of chicken, rice, salad and 2 beers. But you can only blame management, you can tell the employees don't respect management. Mostly people standing around having personal conversations. Perishable go backs sit up front all day. The store is filthy. When you call to make a complaint, they forward it right back to the horrible management. They know it's one of the few options in the area so that's why it continues. That's why we will continue to reach out to the reporters to come do another story. That seems to be when ralphs take interest in fixing something

BUYER BEWARE
Prices on shelves are not reflected upon checkout, always in their favor.
If the resolution process were handled with just a little love, I would let them keep trying to get it right.
I was treated so badly BY THE MANAGER today that I will avoid shopping here all costs.
EDIT TO STREAMLINE REFUND
1. Bring items, payment method and reciept.
2. Go back and clearly photograph entire shelf marking.
3. Double check what you bought and read any conditions for getting the item at that price. They need the item code to match bar code numbers
4. Confidently and calmly get in the line closet to the key machine/farthest from the exit.
5. Don't be shocked or confused that whoever will argue with you every step of the way. They may pull up the online shopping price on their phone. THAT IS NOT THE POINT.
6. Difference may be credited back to your payment method, have your card.
