Although this is my favorite Ralphs I was shocked today to find that Metropolis Parking is now charging $10.99 per hour to park in their lot. I believe this is excessive and will now go to another store. I will miss you and your excellent service but the parking situation MUST change.

I always have pleasure of being assisted by Angelika L at Ralph's grocery store, and I must say, her exceptional service has made a lasting impression on me. Angelika treats every client with the utmost respect and kindness, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes shopping a truly enjoyable experience. Her attentiveness and friendly demeanor are commendable and make me look forward to my next visit. Thanks to Angelika, Ralph's has become my go-to grocery store!

Bike racks are falling apart. Three have already been torn out this year. Another three have loose or exposed bolts. Not safe to leave your bike here.

After buying 250ml Sanpellegrino 24 bottles I got charged $178. Original price was $29. When I brought it up to the cashier who had wrong calculation, she began accusing and shouting at us, instead of apologizing and issuing a refund. It's incredibly ridiculous that someone so unprofessional, lazy, disrespectful, and ignorant is actually one of the managers of this store. Guys, be careful. Now I realize they can easily overcharge us. I highly advise everyone to review their receipts at the end because it appears that some of them are really not good at math even though they are cashier. Disappointed!
