As first-time buyers, we worried about getting stuck in a doom loop of always losing out to all cash offers (as we did with our first agent); but Brad and Josh put their real estate acumen on display, and really came to bat for us.

Though I initially feared that our (by LA standards) modest budget would make us small potatoes to the Keyes team, this fear was quickly dispelled. They made us feel looked after and were responsive to us at every step of the process. Their knowledge and experience not only helped us secure a favorable rate (that we didn’t even know we were eligible for!), Brad’s legal background and active attorney license made us feel duly safeguarded throughout the entire buying process.

Buying in LA can be a wild ride, and an emotional roller coaster. The Keyes team was amazing throughout. I wanted to update this review because Todd has continued to be an important part of my family’s real estate journey since 2013. He has helped my family and I find my apartment rental, purchase our condo, and recently purchase our home.

Todd is not someone who is just trying to sell a property. He genuinely wants to make sure his clients are making the right decision. If something is not a good fit, he will tell you. His knowledge, honesty, attention to detail, and ability to see things my family and I might overlook have helped us make confident decisions every time.

During our search, I found a house that I immediately loved, but I almost gave up because it was such a competitive property. Todd was traveling at the time, but he still encouraged to go for it. He and Colin worked on the offer that night. We did not get it at first, and I honestly thought it was over, but through a series of unexpected events, I was given another chance and was able to purchase the house. I will always be grateful for that moment.
