Do NOT get Regal Unlimited. The Regal Cinemas dont have enough new movies to make it worthwhile, its a lot of old movies they are reintroducing or movies you’ve never heard of that should have been straight to streaming. But that’s not the worst part, they make it impossible to cancel. You’ll notice that there is nowhere to cancel Regal unlimited through the app. Even if you go into a regal cinemas, they won’t let you cancel there either. You have to send a email request for them to cancel. And in my case they still didn’t cancel they sent me another email saying it we’re goinf to cancel but there was even more I had to do - BUT they sneaked it in at the VERY BOTTOM of the email so I didn’t even notice. So I kept thinking it was canceled, but they were still charging me. When I brought it up, and showed them that I had never used the app in that entire time because I thought it was canceled, they said oh sorry and still charged me and refused to reimburse.

I frequent Regal Cinemas quite often, I like that it's near la live you can grab a bite and a drink before a movie. They have the usual fare, burgers, tenders fries and nachos. I usually hit up the Genny's gourmet truck across the street (SO GOOD ??) they have beer and wine ? selection is meh ... I usually see the 4Dx movies. Worth the extra, it's like a roller coaster ride during the movie.

We splurged on getting food at the theater and I have no regrets! I recommend the burger with the bacon jam - my boyfriend really liked his pizza. After the movie, we splurged on playing games in the lobby. So much fun because it brought me back to high school. Staff really friendly! Cant wait to go back for another special occasion.

My favorite part was 4DX. Recently, though, some of the seats didn't work all the effects, such as water, air blasts, and leg ticklers. There may be something wrong with them. Other than that, I had fun.

If I could give this theater zero stars I would. They have the laaaaaziest staff in America! All these youngsters need to be fired for stealing company time by constantly being on their phone watching TikToks. There’s no one to help you with purchasing tickets. They promptly direct you to the food court! to purchase tickets on a stupid slow touch screen that doesn’t even work just so they can go back to watching and making TikTok’s complaining about their job. This corporation clearly doesn’t GAF about this location or their business!! NEVER COME HERE.

Went on a whim to catch a movie. It was our first time here. We got our tickets easily at the kiosk and waiting for snack was effortless. The attendants were fast getting our items. The walk to the theater was a long one as ours was the last one. The seating was meh. The seats in our theater are old, squeaky and rocked. There was only 6 people in the theater and 2 were very loud and talking during the movie until my husband had to yell at them to stop. Other than that it was a good. I recommend they upgrade all seating and maybe have attendants check for loud obnoxious people during the movie. With going to the movies for 3 people cost 100 or more you expect to have good movie going etiquette.

We randomly decided to watch a movie after walking past this place. There were almost no one in the place and we got to watch the movie all by ourself. That was a experience on its own! Nice theatre and good popcorn!

Spacious and clean theater with friendly staff and well spaced seating, so you won't be looking at the back of someone's head in front of you while watching a movie. Seats weren't the most comfortable, and the popcorn was mediocre. The drink price is steep, nearly $10 for a fountain soda, though it does come with refills (although it's a big cup so realistically you're not getting more than one refill. The popcorn was priced fairly and also came with a refill but it wasn't particularly good popcorn. The movie theater itself was clean and well kept, didn't have any sticky floors or dirty bathrooms. Pretty average moviegoing experience overall.

Very well decorative! (Huge chandelier in the lobby, movie posters, great view of downtown LA) was soo expensive tho. Bought 2 tickets to see the nun 2 for 40.00 ? but they offer a points system, so it's worth it lol. Overall, great experience while watching the movie. Will come back for more movie fun.

Crew at the theater and security thought I wasn't paying for my movies. I have to say, I have the unlimited pass and I bought tickets from 3pm through the whole night. I don't know why? but, they got so aggressive. I was interrogated like 30 min. First, the manager tells me not to leave and later, the the security staff ask me to leave. It was so confusing. I really like movies so I hope the crew and personal from Regal LA Live get better training...

First time here! They have parking and if you get it validated it turns out to $8. They have great buttery popcorn but the only note I would have is to do some remodeling. It's the class old school movie theatre look but since it's in the heart of LA I think better chairs, carpeting etc would be great. I was pretty uncomfortable in my chair, it doesn't give much back support but it's a big theatre and screen with great sound.
