The security seemed to question me having a bag. I went to pick up medicine and he was in the aisle, the same as the medicine line. I'm positive he made contact with me and then followed me, then basically seen me out. Another man was fine.. I don't steal, I was offended. Touching policy? Sunglasses inside and arms crossed, what an attitude.

I have been going to this place since 2013 and it's really going down in quality. I ringed the bell to get a nail set from behind glass and waited close to 10 minutes. I was waiting all while the cashier socialized with the security gaurd. They were talking for at least 30 minutes. I finally went up to the line and they completely ignored me. The young lady continued her conversation and whispered, "they're not going to make me go do all that." To her coworker. I told her i needed a set behind glass and she was pissed!! In the video you can hear her fraternizing from all the way in the front register ? good costumer help

Once again the cashier states the ice cream area is closed and there is no signage to indicate the closer, and when speaking with the manager "Diamond" she stated it was close due to lack of employees. Thirty needs to take their brand out of this location !!

PLEASE READ. I am posting this review on behalf of my spouse who now at the dinner is sharing with us how bad she was treated at this pharmacy. There's a young latina very rude in the pharmacy. I'll move my business to another Rite Aid and I encourage everyone to do the same.

I was immediately followed by black male security as soon as I stepped in and there was no greeting or smile. Felt very uncomfortable since he profiled me. I quickly got what I needed and left very unpleasant experience.

I guess i am not the only person who thinks this pharmacy sucks...My first time to be handled by a manager who made everything seemed difficult for us. My husband and I tried to exchange the orders and all she did was to explain a process that should have been for internal operations. A customer does not have to be educated on internal processes. Just do the job and make it convenient for the customer. I do not know how she became a manager. She consumed our time.

Customer service in the pharmacy is consistently very rude and unfriendly. I was there with a medical emergency and in visible severe pain & swelling and they wouldn't help fill my prescription, they said they were busy and sent me to a different Rite Aid that didn't even have the pain medication I immediately needed. It was a horrible experience considering how much excruciating pain I was in. No one answers the phone in the pharmacy either. This is the closest Rite Aid to my home and I am consistently facing terrible customer service there. (However, I do need to mention pharmacist Paul is the only one that is ever kind and helpful but if he's not there, I will likely go through the usual unfriendly experience.) I highly recommend avoiding this location, especially if the patient is elderly or has transportation difficulties. Most of the pharmacy staff will outwardly not care or properly help if your medical needs are unmet.

First, my review is only for the PHARMACY as I have never purchased from the regular store here. Sorry if this is a weird review but I just want to say that in this country if you are prescribed certain medications you are harshly judged and literally treated like a criminal by most pharmacists. This was my experience at 40+ other pharmacies in the area. They either lied and told me they didn't have my medication (even though they had filled it for someone I know which is why I went there) or just outright refused to fill it. Or they filled it but then refused to honor my GoodRX discount that I need to use because I don't have health insurance. I am writing to say that has NEVER once been my experience at this Rite Aid Pharmacy! Over the last 3 years the pharmacists and their staff here have consistently treated me with professionalism, kindness and respect. They never judged me, questioned me or gave me a hard time. They even patiently tried multiple discount codes I had to ensure I was getting the lowest price available. In the past I have given up on getting the medication I need to function solely because of the obstacles and anxiety it caused when I was treated horribly by pharmacists. Finding this pharmacist has truly given me a new lease on my health. If you have no idea what I'm talking about then consider yourself lucky, but if any of this sounds familiar to you please know that you can come to this pharmacy and be treated respectfully without judgement and ableism.

Carmalita the cashier was the worst! She handles situations poorly. She should not be in customer service. She had an horrible attitude because the line was long and I asked for ice cream from the ice cream station. Instead of being able to make a purchase I was declined because of short staffing issues. I understand there was one cashier and I was willing to wait. She still declined. I asked for a manager. I spoke with the manager Macrina, who was also not helpful. Instead they blamed management for lack of staff! Macrina stated the cashiers have the option to close the ice cream station whenever they felt if they feel it’s not enough workers. So now, cashiers are able to make rules and regulations disregarding hours of operations. What a shame !!! This location needs serious help and better training for future employees. I will not recommend this location.

WHAT'S GOING ON ?Black plastic containers full of merchandise in every aisle. Looks a lot like they're packing up to close the store. Pharmacy doesn't answer their phone, their texts, or respond correctly to their app to fill prescriptions.

Register team is so grumpy they don’t even say thank you or they don’t even talk clearly But security team is helpful and nice register team needs to improve themselves and remember to be human!

Ridiculous only one person at the register. Then one lady comes out the office to help with the line.I get to the counter after waiting 15mins she then states oh the ice cream counter is closed because I we don’t have staff mind you only I and 2 other people were in line.I asked her why don’t you put up a sign?! People at the front door all standing had cups of ice cream who the heck fixed there’s!? Never again. Unprofessional

I got to this location at 9:45 pm and the doors were locked. On Rite Aid's website it says this store closes at 10:00pm. Confused at the discrepancy, I decided to reference the posted hours on the door for clarification. The hours posted directly on the door that was closed also said the store closed at 10:00pm... so why it was closed 15 minutes earlier than posted was beyond me.It is extremely unprofessional and inconaiderate of customers who travelled to this location to close outside of your posted hours! This isn't a small mom and pop pharmacy. This is a large chain and customers expect some type of professionalism when dealing with a chain of this size.I've also witnessed a cashier with one of the nastiest attitudes I've ever seen (An older spanish man who works around 9pm at night) treat customers like absolute trash. I will be calling corporate headquarters tomorrow to complain about this location, because I can't imagine this is the type of service that Rite Aid strives for.
