Employee named Erica did not help to change my $40 into single bills despite I bought an item, and said she already closed the register even when she can open it again, and extremely disrespectful towards customers. Hope she gets fired ASAP.

Store entrance is always dirty, empty boxes and theres always either a dirty blanket or a shopping cart with random trash that some homless person forgot,the store is almost empty i never find what i need only good thing about this store is the cashiers ..there always willing to help and very friendly ,honestly thats the only reazon i go back there cause im in and outeither because i wont find what i need but if i did the cashiers are very fast..

I love Rite Aid. They took ours away on Gower and sunset in Hollywood and am very disappointed. Now I go to the one on Santa Monica in Vermont and it's a nice start. You just a little further away. Please quit taking out our Our Rite Aid's . I love that store

The staff in the store are friendly and the store is clean and well-supplied. The line moves quickly and there is always parking. The problems I've had have always been in the pharmacy. Female, middle-aged, Asian pharmacist needs to learn how to speak English and realize she's in a different culture. It was exhausting trying to communicate with her. I could maybe understand every third word. She also gave me the wrong medication and when I called back to say that and ask if they had the right medication, she shouted that I told her I wanted the [wrong] medication. Now I'm talking to an 8-year-old having a tantrum. Rite Aid, do you read your Yelp reviews? If you've got this many complaints, it might be a good idea to make some changes.

The Rite Aid at the corner of Santa Monica Boulevard and Vermont Avenue has become my go-to shop when I am driving home and need to pick up ice cream, milk, cleaning products, liquor, and -- of course -- first aid and medicine. I appreciate that they have natural and herbal remedies. I also appreciate the helpfulness of their staff. I was once overcharged for an item and when I complained to the store manager, he apologized and quickly reimbursed me for the entire price -- and he was cheerful about it! This Rite Aid has professional and personable staff, good selection of items, decent prices -- and plenty of parking!
