Visited July 3rd towards the end of the day looking for a reasonable priced sapphire ring for my 45 wedding anniversary. Hoping to spend around $3000.00. Patrick and his father were very accommodating. They showed me several pieces in my price range. No attempt to up-sell, but stayed within my budget. I chose a beautiful Celanese Sapphire that I knew my wife would love. They offered to resize the ring as I knew it was too small. Came back the next Friday with my wife. There was a little chaos as someone had accidentally walked off with an expensive piece of jewelry. The father still arranged to have the ring resized, even under those stressful circumstances. Though worried about the mornings activities, he welcomed us in, and engaged us in conversation while the ring size was adjusted on site. We Would highly recommend Ritz Jewelers to anyone interested in fine jewelry and a great experience. Patrick and his father were wonderful to work with. We will be back..

Patrick was such a nice guy to work with. Came in for a quick resizing. He got it done in about 30 minutes and fixed my setting. Quick, inexpensive, and a genuinely nice guy. Thanks Patrick!

10 out of 5 stars for Pat and his Father who own the business. My fiance purchased my ring here and both gentlemen were extremely helpful and professional during our visit. Pat listened to concerns and was able to find the perfect ring for me within my fiance's budget. Stand up businessmen who have definitely earned our business for life! My favorite part is that when speaking to them, it felt like speaking to family/friends and not as a customer and salesperson. They were not pushy in any way and they worked to get me what I wanted. My and my boyfriend went to buy gold and we ended up taking a silver chain as well. It’s been less than a year and the chain is already rusting and smells like cheap silver
