The service is good, but it says that there is fresh juice, but here the juices are made from powder. There are no freshly squeezed juices here.

Horrible customer service. Very rude and takes for ever to get an order. The woman taking the order refused to give her name for complaint. I would avoid this particular location. There is so many other Robeks juices that actually have employees that are happy to be there and treat the customers with respect.

I used to come here almost daily that is until they started taking 30min + to make an order with two juices. One day when their juicer was broken it took them an hour and 30 minutes just for one. The second i asked for a refund and never got it. I went back multiple times for the refund and the manager was never there. The staff said they told the manager and yet no refund.

Service from the one employee is great, but wait times are unacceptable. You must hire more employees for peak rush hours.

I would come here quite often in the morning and there would be long wait times even ordering online I would start having to show up 20 minutes after placing the order so it was ready when I got there otherwise I would have to wait for quite some time.The drink quality is okay, it's really a hit or miss at times.Recently though their juicer wasn't working and I had been waiting on a drink for more than 40 minutes until I could no longer come back so I asked for a refund and the staff said the will relay it to the manager. I followed up later that day and they said it should take 5 business days. Still no signs of a refund, not through the app or my bank. No manager has reached out to me about this concern.I would accommodate in order to get drinks from this place. After this though I am no longer coming back here.Update: still after 3, weeks no refund. After trying to contact the manager and the staff trying to contact the manager.

I don’t know what it is about this location but they seem to can’t make the mahalo mango right. It’s wayyy too sweet and hard to consume. Evey time I get it from here it just doesn’t taste good.

This place took almost 30 minutes to make a small smoothie. Not sure if maybe they had lots of online orders or not but when I went in to order there were no other customers in the store so I don’t understand why they couldn’t handle it

Worst services ever. Both acai bowls were unblended, watered down, and missing ingredients. Had to tell the worker three times what the order was after they were putting the wrong ingredients on it. Another worker commented but no one even tried to help her. Ended up waiting over 30 minutes for them to reblend it. Honestly, stay away if u can….

3RD TIME I'VE BEEN THERE AND THE EMPLOYEES NOT ONLY HAVE A BAD ATTITUDE, THEY CAN'T SEEM TO MAKE THE DRINKS RIGHT. THEY DON'T BOTHER TO LOOK AT THE TICKET, THEY JUST THROW A BUNCH OF WHATEVER IN THE BLENDER. WHAT A SHAME. IT'S NOT EXACTLY CHEAP EITHER. THERE ARE BETTER LOCATIONS OUT THERE. SEEMS LIKE THIS HAS BEEN AN ON GOING PROBLEM AND THE OWNER DOES'NT CARE ENOUGH TO FIX THEIR OWN BUSINESS.

I live near this location and most times I enjoy my experience and the food.My most recent visits have left me puzzled and a little disheartened in the level of service.First, I am not sure what rule Robeks has in place (this is what the worker who prepared my order told me word for word) that says "We can't cut avocado toast when there are toppings on the bread already". Here's what I do know: I have asked this request before and there was never a rule thrown back at me about toppings and cutting a piece of bread.The next thing is regarding something simple but I'm guessing corporate policy is more important than the customer. If I pay between 12-15 dollars for a smoothie, I would hope if I ask the worker if I can have the excess smoothie that is left in the blender, that I already paid for, can't be given to me, the answer SHOULD NOT be "Yes we will have to charge you extra for it". I get the cost of inflation and everything else economics included but the fact remains, I paid for the smoothie to be made. If what you put in the blender is supposed to be made for me, I would like to have it in my cup without have to pay extra. That's all, still love the smoothies(800 lb gorilla with blueberries is classic and avocado toast), just would like to have a little bit better experience next time.

Robeks is my favorite spot for smoothies, etc. This is the nearest location to me but it’s always a hit or miss. I ordered a tropi-kale smoothie and it’s not at all a smoothie. I don’t understand how that’s possible but obviously someone was careless making the drinks! Does not look appetizing. It would be helpful if the employees had a manger supervising them and making sure they made drinks how they’re suppose to.

1-24-2022 Came here for an acai bowl once and green juice another time and was in and out with a quickness... pretty time efficient with the service. Ambiance is more of a to-go feel, and who has time to sit and eat in the hustle and bustle of DTLA anyway...

So... since then. I've ordered more avocado toast, which was brown. Because of my previous experiences, I looked at the toast before I left the store. Saw all the brown avocado and addressed this on the spot. So, no photos this time. I asked the young lady if she'd make a replacement because mine was brown. She told me and I quote, "well, it did take you about 30 min to get here". Lady, avocados do not go brown like this in 30min. She tried it. My last Robeks charge on my card was on 9/16. I'm pretty sure I'll have to go BACK there to make sure the manager was given the message to credit me for the avocado toast. I'm so off these people here. The business owner, Irene, commented on my post on 8/25/2023 and I followed her direction and messaged Robeks customer service on their site. I never heard back from Robeks about my experience. They don't care and that's why their employees act the way they do. They won't ever see a dime out of me again. I'm NEVER coming here again. Ever.
