Hands down to the-worst Chase I've ever been to. The ATMs never work You can't access the ATM on the lobby because even with you having a Chase card it doesn't work to open the door. I wonder if this would ever happen if this branch wasn't located in a primarily minority neighborhood. Management please do something about this. This is a disgrace. There are people walking through the drive through ATM because they can't access the ATM in the lobby someone is going to get hurt .

This bank is the worst all those windows an for only to have 2 open doesn't make any sense an after 5 for some reason they close the door so you don't have access to the atm in the lobby after hours it's the only chase bank that dose that!! Open up the lobby again!!

Forget about coming here during the weekend. The doors are locked and the door mechanism where you swipe your card for entry doesn't work! Causing the drive thru to be always congested!

This is by far the worst Chase Bank I have ever gone to. The drive-thru ATM machine was closed for over a month and the ATM's inside didn't work either. Out of the four machines only worked. Unfortunately, this is the closest one to my residence so I continue to give it a chance every now and then to see if things have changed, but every time I do, it's the same thing. Today, after waiting in the drive thru line the machine was out of service. So since I had wasted time in line I decided to find parking and go inside and of course the doors were locked. Another person who was also waiting shared with me that during the janitors break they lock the doors but don't put a sign informing the clients who bank at Chase when she was going to return. So my advice to you is to avoid this branch at all costs. A little more gas spent is way better than wasting your time at this branch and getting a headache.

I frequently come here to go to the atm here as it has a drive thru which is better to use rather than walk inside as you see the lines are long durning covid19 times. There is empty parking but it does get busy so if in a rush so not the area. The atm always seems to work here under the busy rush they get here.

The manager is an absolute C*NT. I'm sorry I don't ever ever ever write reviews but this particular BI**H really got to me. I unfortunately couldn't get her name but she was light skinned, kinda short, a little chubby (around 155-165 pounds), blond hair with black roots showing. This happened on a Wednesday at closing time. I was waiting in line to speak to a teller and they had just closed the doors to the bank a girl knocked on the door and a male worker opened it, she shyly said, "I'm so sorry I literally just missed you guys by a minute is there anyway I can still make it in?" Before the male worker could even answer her question that CU*T women who I'm assuming is the manager yells from across the bank, and I mean actually yells at the top of her lungs and literally from across the building, " naaaaa we're closed!!!!!" And there was plenty of people inside the bank. Everybody turned around. How absolutely unprofessional and rude! What kind of example is she setting for the workers. I'm so surprised she even has the role she does! And to top it of, as I was walking out of the door the male worker and that BI*C* of a manager were standing at the door, the male worker opened and held the door for me and told me to have a nice day, yet the manager who I'll remind you is supposed to be setting an example is standing there looking straight down at her phone not a single word comes out of her mouth. I don't mean to sound like a Karen but gee someone give the BI**H some DI*k she clearly needs it! On the other hand the female teller who attended me was super kind and so was the male worker who held the door for me. Someone fire the Women this bank is going down hill just look at the stars! I've never seen such low reviews in my life!

Worst Chase Bank ever...This location has employees but not enough tellers for the amount of customers. I've been in line as I need teller assistant for over 30 minutes. I know it's a Friday, pay day but really a joke. I really don't even want to give them a star but won't let me post.

Just got off the phone with customer service, made a large deposit at this branch on December 1st and also made a withdrawal that come to find out was made twice and FROM THE WRONG ACCOUNT! Everything was supposed to be made from primary checking account and who knows why or even worse with what intentions but one transaction was made from an account exclusively for business funds and the other from checking. Of course I was only given a receipt for the transactions on the checking account which was exactly what I wanted. SO WHERE ARE MY $700??? WHO KEPT THEM??? Will pay this branch a visit tomorrow and speak to the manager. Hopefully I get a clear understanding of how and why this even happened and by the way, for security purposes that account was closed... so convenient smh

If I could give 0 stars I would worst customer service ever. I was helped by Mario delgadillo and he dare call me a liar to my face, I was just in this branch 2 months ago to get a replacement card. I lost my card yesterday and I ask for a replacement card and he said "we haven't done this for about a year" and I said I was just here getting one he said "you are lying I been here for 5 years and I know what I'm Talking about " seriously what kind of customer service is this ? I work customer service I would never dare call anyone a liar specially if my job is on the line. Unacceptable HE NEEDS SOME TRAINING..

This location is horrible. I've been staying in line on my lunch break for 30 minutes at noon. This is unacceptable. 2 tellers open at 12pm seriously you need to do better.

It use to be a great place to go but since they move managers it changes the whole concept on how they have to run the bank. Before there was this skinny short Latino manager that treated the customers with the most respect and the service he rendered was excellent. The managers after him all don't have a clue on how to run the bank. Every single time I go it takes them to much time to process everyone due to the manager not moving people around to help speed up the process. An there is sufficient help its just that they don't know when to move the people just sitting around not busy including the managers. They tend to be just gossiping this happens in the morning all the way to the afternoon. There are some people there that do a good job but i have seen that they are starting to move people out.The manager I was referring to that had that best customer service saw all. He would move people around or if needed he would start helping speed the service. I just started going to other branches that have better service.

I have had a great experience with chase so far. I always go to the chase by USC and they have excellent customer service and quick problem solving skills with what the customer presents. However, today I have had the worst experience with the Chase in Gage street due to their lack of knowledge on their policies and their skills and abilities to help the customer deposit a check and withdraw. They sent me to Bank of America and back to Chase. Then the chase teller wanted to send me back to Bank of America. In the end they were able to resolve the problem. However this lack of knowledge from the workers increases the lack of satisfaction from the customer.
