This place is horrible. The rude employees down to the racist manager. I literally bought an item walked out the store realizing it's the wrong size and I'm being told I can't return it because it's dirty. that's not my fault your store has clothes that has marks on them. You check the camera and see my walk to my car then go back into the store within 2-3mins. Never tried it on or anything I only pulled them out the bag. I will be contacting my lawyer for this theft. You have a 30 day refund policy that your abusing the marks was clearly already there when I bought it and they didn't want to give me my money back. I'm sueing!!

How come every time I come in here I'm right behind 2 people they let them go...then make me stop and say a bunch of crazy stuff before I go in?

It's not necessary... you piss people off
You cause issues that weren't even there .you cause more potential issues with this b.s

This store is terrible low quality clothing and shoes and they won’t let you return anything back that you wore once in the house and didn’t like it also the people that work there are rude and no really helpful!!!what a shame!!! Store needs to be closed down we don’t need that kind of store in West Hollywood !!

I just love to go shopping in Ross. I'm in love with everything! And the prices are sooooo good. I was looking for certain looks and I found it in Ross❤️ I like the shops in Lincoln Boulevard and Sunset Boulevard. Not too crowded. Always beautiful items in my size.

Worst staff possible. I was trying to find something last night and it was inside the final 30 mins before close and from the moment i walked in i was harrassed by security . He didnt harrass noone else but me . And he was very vulgar and a complete tool . So i just went in there today and once again he confronts me and asks are we going to have a problem like last night . Why would he even say something to me so the manager on shift saw from across the store and came to find out the issue . Security denied everything so i said something to Manager and He escorted me out of the store . I didnt do anything wrong here so why did i get shoved out the door . Again its about the color of my skin there both hispanic and im just white and i get hated on to the point where i cant even shop in the store .

Friendly staff, but the fitting rooms are closed (8pm on a Tuesday), shoes over size 12/13 are not available and they don't sell any sweaters, hoodies or jackets for men. Second worst Ross in LA.
