Although the staff was friendly and courteous, they claimed my glass chip was already repaired and would not repair over it. I assured them it was new damage and I saw the moment the rock hit my windshield. They said they still didn't feel comfortable "opening up" the chip to repair it as it could break it further.I took it to a different shop and they fixed it within ten minutes. Didn't break and looks great.

The business has good promotions, but there are some issues with communication in their customer service department. Although they do a great job overall, getting in touch with a live representative for emergency satellite services is challenging as everything is appointment-based. This can be inconvenient, especially in urgent situations such as when dealing with vandalism or damage to your vehicle late in the evening. Despite the efficient service provided, the inability to speak to a live person can be frustrating. Additionally, their pricing was found to be double the price compared to other options. However, the company excels in their work, as evidenced by their exceptional replacement and calibration of a cracked windshield, along with the quality of their glass cleaner, all of which is done by appointment only.When a business does not even spell your name correctly. Absolutely disgusting behavior and treatment made me go in and told me after making me wait that they didn’t have the glass ready. Very rude staff and HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND SAVE YOUR TIME.

Very easy process. Insurance company filed a claim for the window chip repair on my behalf and made an appointment at Safelite.Was in and out in 30 minutes! Rob at the front desk and Pete the technician were great!

At this location off of La Cienega, the receptionist Tanya is such a doll! She’s so warm and welcoming, really knows how to make you feel comfortable in what could be a very stressful situation. Guillermo was the man who serviced my car and went above and beyond in making sure I was entirely happy with the finished product. Guillermo was so kind to even vacuum my front seats since I wasn’t able to get a car wash for a month due to my broken windshield and had to wait 48hrs for the glue dry post windshield fix. If I could give Guillermo and Tanya a 12/10 would recommend review, I would! Definitely loved my experience here.The only negative feedback I have is for the manager of this location. He is so unpleasant and isn’t really impressionable since I can’t seem to remember his name while writing this review. But I almost didn’t want to get serviced through this location because of him. However, since Tanya was so sweet and understanding of the issues I was having, without making matters worst, she listened to my frustration and was so kind which made me give this location a chance.

Tanya and these guys are great. Top service, great communication, and excellent workmanship. Management should increase Tanya's salary for her great customer skills. Highly recommend.

You can tell the management of this location really cares. I’ve had interactions with the person I think is the owner both times I’ve been here and he is professional and competent. My windshield replacement was completed on time and I’ve had no issues. Will definitely use them if I need glass services again.

My car experienced a break-in incident resulting in damage to the front window on the passenger side. Since my insurance deductible was $500.00, I reached out to Safelite, as recommended by my insurance provider. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with their service, and by that, I don't just mean the price (although I did manage to find a cheaper alternative). My disappointment primarily stems from their customer service approach.Initially, Safelite could only accommodate me on the 9th, and that too, only if I made the effort to travel to a different city. To add to that, the representative attempted to pressure me into scheduling immediately, threatening that I would lose my spot if I decided to explore other options. Despite expressing my desire to explore other providers for a better fit, they seemed unhelpful and did not provide any assistance.Consequently, I am disheartened that AAA is affiliated with Safelite. Their proposed charges amounted to $450.00 before taxes, whereas Auto Glass Now offered me a better deal at $271.00, inclusive of taxes, along with a lifetime warranty. Moreover, Auto Glass Now can fix my car as early as tomorrow.If you are in need of windshield or glass replacement services, I strongly advise against using Safelite. Instead, I highly recommend Auto Glass Now, as they exhibit integrity and exceptional customer service.

Very professional and actually very fast for a calibration of my windshield and camera highly recommended and thoroughly enjoyed the waiting room they have plenty of treats in the vending machine, and the front desk lady was very kind.

I discovered a crack on my windshield and acted swiftly by taping it to prevent dirt from getting in. The next day, I took it to a repair shop to have it fixed. Unfortunately, I must say that the quality of the repair was far from satisfactory. I've had several windshield repairs in the past, allowing me to make a fair comparison, and this one stands out as the worst in terms of quality.To add to the disappointment, the filler used has a noticeable yellowish tint, which further detracts from the overall appearance. As someone who values the clarity and precision of glass repairs, this experience left much to be desired.

I can't tell you the quality because they never showed up. As far as value, it was supposed to be through my insurance. I had a claim through my insurance company and was scheduled for today from 8 am to 5 pm. I was already leary about that. I got an email in the morning saying who my tech was, and I had no issues. I stayed home all day waiting, and by 4 pm, I used their text and phone system to find out if someone was coming. I was assured they were still going to be here. I received a text saying my appointment was rescheduled until next Saturday. I called customer service, and they said sorry, everyone is gone for the day and won't be in until Monday. Nobody called to explain or tell me of any delays. Poor customer service. Poor communication. My day was waisted

I came in for my appointment and they replaced my glass but they told me that it was the wrong last said that none of my safety features on my car could work until they got the right glass in. I like the safety features on my car and I was kind of concerned, but they called me that very afternoon and got me and the next day and everything works perfectly. Thanks guys!
