I've been here 3 times, and was helped by 3 different women each time. They always know how to help; I am new to dyeing my own hair with quality supplies - I've used box dye for awhile. Yesterday I went in and told the lady I want black dye again, I was using #2, but it left my roots a little brown. She recommended a blue-tinted one, and I was skeptical because the hair sample looked dark blue, not black. She promised me it would turn out how I wanted. And she was right! My hair looks fabulous because of them. I trust them more than a hairdresser that would charge me $100 easily. Thank you Sally team!

I came in after a long day and the moment I walked in Andrea the employee was super friendly asking me if she could help with anything she then recommended some fabulous makeup products. Andrea, you were so genuinely kind. I really appreciate that. Thank You!!

the woman who helped me today (with dip dyed purple hair) was able to provide a solution to a really bad hair mishap. thank you so much. also, very happy with the selection of curly and textured hair products at this location. not all sally’s locations are made the same. will be visiting this one instead of the one near me for that reason. thanks again.

I've been coming here for years and the last time I came in - I was asked if I needed help aggressively. I was looking for a blue or purple conditioner or hair mask and the lady said "no, we don't have that here". It is a pretty common thing for blonde and brunette hair. So I asked for a Redkin conditioner and when the attendant checked if they had a product I was looking for, the manager said that the Redkin product that I wanted was only in the GVP generic brand and stood in front of the GVP section blocking me from looking while helping another customer. I really felt like unless I knew what I wanted beforehand, I wasn't welcome. I would have looked at the hair gloss products if I had been more comfortable.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Store is organized clean and well stocked. Love that they carry mielle products.

Convenient location and friendly staff. However, they are always out of product. If one of the employees suggests using a hair masque product, please ignore her at all costs. It will ruin your hair. While friendly, these employees are not trained on hair products. Do your research and know exactly what you need to buy before coming in.

The customers service of the sales associate I ask for assistance was rude and with such a negative attitude that when she answered she even rollover her eyes. She was a young Hispanic olive skin assistant with black bob style haircut with a color stripe hair. It was my second time there. I was with my Granddaughter. I was the one who ask her assistance. It has been the worst awful experience. They should send her for some training or not be in retail. Customer Service. The customer should be their Priority. Poor attitude. Zero customer Service ???

This Sally's is horrible! Went in to buy some stuff to color my hair the man with the long grey hair was just rude. I clearly needed a lot of help but he much rather sit at the register and gossip then help out people. I decided to put down everything I was going to buy and drive 15 minutes to another Sally's because I refuse to give my money to a store that hires rude people.

I tend to order with same day delivery because I get so busy. The order I got today was different- in a good way!It's minor-- but I got a little handwritten note on my delivery bag and it really means a lot. The smiley face made me happy because it's been really rough for me lately.I just wanted to say a Thank You to the employee because these little things don't go unnoticed.I'll definitely be shopping here again ^^

Even though this Sally's is in a sketchy part of town, the associates are always so nice! I always go to get bleach, developer and semi permanent ion colors and now that the pandemic craze of lording hair has Dyed down (no pun intended), they're fully stocked again. They'll continue to have my business as long as the nice people working there stick around. My only complaint is the point of sales system. It always asks me about opening a Sally's credit card and that is quite annoying. If you got my data already from my phone number and I've said no 100 times, maybe give it up already!

i felt guilty unnecessarily slandering this location in my review of the n. vermont ave store; neither franchise is responsible for the worst strip malls in hollywood housing them.while the customer service left much to be desired many years ago lately (particularly deep in the pandemic) this place did everything right with safety and occupancy. i pretty much pop in or return online orders but happy to say i no longer loathe visiting this location. things always seem to be in stock and the employees are likely overwhelmed yet friendly. thanks!
