Came in here and was immediately greeted by the employee. They made sure to ask if I needed help with anything and escorted me directly to the items I was looking for. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Gabby did an incredible job helping me out and making my experience easy going. I'll definitely be coming back to shop!

I wish I knew the names of the people working there because I definitely know who the manager was and the employees where because the employees are helpful and their ogre of a manager is not. Manager is a little condescending. Well not a little more like obviously. I wanted to wait for the girl who has previously helped me but she was busy ACTUALLY helping other customers. Just left a sour taste in my mouth I'll be ordering my things from now on and consulting the internet. Being the Manager doesn't equate to being rude because you're in charge. Two the employees I'm sorry if this is what you have to deal with

I came in at 6:40 cashier behind and doors are locked. It's says they close at 9pm? They need to update hours.

I've visited this location a few times over 2 yrs and they've never had everything I needed. I'll go here, get like 2 out of 3 things then travel to another Sally's to complete my order. it's closer to me, but I'll travel further to another Sally's to get all my items. I don't recommend this location.

Don't come here, the workers don't know anything about hair or how to dye it. I went today and i was told the product i was going to use will lighten my hair but instead made my hair green. If you don't know how products work, don't work in a hair store.

This is the store where I always come and get my hair dyes I order online I noticed that the hair dye Box was bented also the hair dye tube. I ask the morning cashier to exchange and she seemed like she was bothered. You know that was a return quit selling returns we can't even get our money back we have to get store credit long story short you ain't right selling customers returns or damage hair dye calling corporate on you and will never come to this store no more 8/25/2021

The person closing the store on 3/14/20 closed the store early and when I got there at 5:45 she said they had a power outage when all the stores next to this store had power. I asked if I can pay cash and she was shocked. I was ready to but $400 worth supplies. This store lost $400 or more because this employee wanted to leave early.

It's 10:00am Monday, January 25, 2021. The store isn't open but people are waiting to come in the store. There's no sign in the window to indicate what the stores hour are. An employee behind the the register fiddles with some receipts, never bothering to acknowledge any of us. I tap lightly at the window, she takes her time but finally looks over. I ask are you opening today she shakes her head no. My suggestion is, there are a thousand beauty supply stores in Los Angeles, that would be happy to have your business. I will never spend one some there.

Cashier Carol and her other colleagues did not welcome me coming into the store there was no proper greetings no hello no welcome . No one asked me if I needed help or checked in on me. But once another Hispanic person came into the store one of the employees asked automatically if that Hispanic Pacific customer needed any help. As a person of color I felt very uncomfortable and unwanted in this facility. Once cashiers and colleagues finally noticed me in the store aisle they started talking Spanish. Not knowing I’m fluent in Spanish ?. Once I was ready to purchase my items there was still no acknowledgment towards me still “no hello, no asking me to wait or one minute Ma’am I’ll get right to you” nothing! Cashier Carol counted her register money and gave me a dirty look like I was there to rob the place while I was just waiting for her to finish counting her register money to pay for my products. This was my first and my last time coming to this business.
