If I could give zero stars, I would. I was not greeted or asked if I needed help. There were several employees walking around me and no one asked if I needed help, no one smiled or addressed me at all. It wasn’t until I walked up to an employee that I was passed off to another. I asked if they had my shade in back stock after I checked the display. The employee literally went back to where I had just looked and I told her I had already looked and that’s why I was asking for her help. It was pointless to even ask. Working in retail myself, I felt uncomfortable and unwanted in the space. Worst customer service.

Came in twice recently, once about two weeks ago and today (11/17). Both times, the manager was really sweet but Cat, one of the associates, was unnecessarily rude. Not sure if she gave me a fake name when I kindly confronted her..Horrible customer service - she was snickering and gossiping about customers with her co-worker. Per the reviews below, it looks like this issue is likely not just an experience I'm experiencing alone... The manager was an absolute sweetheart both times though. Nonetheless, will be avoiding this store.

Security is seriously lacking here. I visited on 11/11/23 around 4:30 pm and saw a theft go down. Store staff witnessed it too. Two poorly dressed adult men walked into Sephora, snatched Chanel fragrance testers and packages, stashed them in a pillowcase, and walked out. Thank goodness my Fenty was safe at the back. They really need better security. Store staff didn't even call mall security. I informed mall security while seeking directions, and they said they weren't alerted. Clearly, Sephora's staff isn't too concerned about their store. They might want to consider a loss prevention team. *AI was used to edit this review because my brain was all over the place.

Bad Customer service , I tried to returned to product that i m not satisfied but they lied they have no cash and ask me to to other places . The stuff was so rude .I will never go there again

First time ever making a complaint to this business, given the reviews, seems that the most problematic locations are always the luxurious ones with horrible employees. SMH. Today I went at around 2:30 to purchase a lipstick, my phone died, but they take Apple Pay. When I got there there was NOBODY in there and I asked the lady with braids standing in the front acting like security if I could charge my phone. She said they had no charging stations, FIRST LIE. Then as I proceeded to shop I went to the mirrors that have CHARGING POTABLES to charge my phone. As soon as I get ready to whip out my charger, this Karen (let's call her Karen because that's exactly what she was being) mad dogs me and I tell her there charging stations right here. She proceeds to tell me there are charging stations on the first floor. (Keep in mind, this Sephora is on the top floor and ALLL THE WAY IN THE BACK OF THE MALL) , then she says the stations weren't available to me and only to makeup artists SECOND LIE. I've shopped at Sephora for years and have always used samples at the mirrors with the charging stations and have even charged my phone in them. Karen had the nerve to say that they just got these stations and that they may not work, which would have been fine had there not been a BIG GREEN LIGHT ON THE PORTABLE that clearly shows it can charge. I kindly ask her if I can just check and she tells me no. There's no one shopping in the store but me and I really just wanted to charge my phone so I could pay with Apple Pay, after the cunt, I mean Karen, said her 3rd lie , I let her know I would be giving this location a bad review to which she smirked at me as I walked out. It's disgusting how a high end business can be so great, but have crappy employees like this Karen who so much went out of her way to tell me no, is it the weather making you upset? Regardless, I wouldn't shop here, you're better off getting your products at the one by The Grove where employees arent Karen's like the one I encountered here at The Beverly Center. Do Better. Just read all the other reviews on here, the staff here is not it.

AMAZING selection at this particular branch but the customer service is a little lacking. we weren’t greeted by a single person coming in and the lady that rang us up was also pretty indifferent. it was an alright experience it’s definitely go in get what you need and leave kinda place.

Every time I come here it seems like the employees talk amongst themselves rather than helping. I wanted to ask for help but I felt like I was interrupting. I finally got help but she could not find the right shade for me? She ended up giving up and ringing customers up. Probably the worst Sephora I’ve gone too.

Won't shop in beverly or the grove location. I went into both recently and was carelessly, rudely, and arrogantly spoken to at both stores. I am a guy...im allowed to shop to buy a gift for my girlfriend....i bet if i was a guy in a dress, wig, and makeup maybe i would of had a better experience Lmao lol
