I stopped by on a non busy day, ordered the seasonal coconut coffee and had to wait 15 minutes for my hot coffee. It was lackluster tasted like tea than coffee and was not enjoyable. The ambience was nice tho, a great cafe to come work from.Maybe I’ll be back to try a different coffee out, but this spot is not something to write home about.

I used to go here often and started going again, because their customer service has improved. They have a delicious Spanish latte and it's a generous amount compared to some of the other coffee shops around that give you a much smaller portion. That out a lot into making each coffee so you have to be a bit patient if they're busy. The ambiance is relaxing. It would be great if they had more comfortable chairs. They have a good ginger lemon tea as well.

Great place to do work! I love finding coffee shops that have free wifi, good drinks, and lots of seating. This coffee shop definitely checks all the boxes. Many people were here doing work so it wasn't too loud. There were many drinks to choose from but I ended up trying the spanish latte and cream mocha. The spanish latte is definitely for cinnamon lovers - so delish. The cream mocha was not too sweet which I loved. I only hate how it's hard to find parking. There is a parking garage next door but it's $15 for the whole day. Or you could try to find street parking which won't be too bad on the weekdays. I'll definitely come back again to study here though!

Plenty of tables, great staff and great place to study. They have plenty of pastries and have recently added tanghulu as one of their desserts.

Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting this charming coffee shop, and it was an exceptional experience. The ambiance is perfectly crafted, offering a serene yet vibrant atmosphere. The music volume is just right, creating an inviting background that enhances rather than distracts. The highlight of my visit was the lavender latte, which was simply outstanding. Its unique flavor profile was both soothing and refreshing, making it a memorable beverage. This, coupled with the conducive environment, made my study session highly productive. For those in search of a coffee shop that marries exquisite flavors with a setting that promotes focus and relaxation, this is the place. The lavender latte alone is worth the visit!

Food - 3.75/5 I didn't try the food but the coffee was ok. Nothing super spectacular about it. Service - 3/5The service was subpar. I stood at the counter for a bit waiting for the guy behind it to acknowledge me. The (what I then learned after being rudely told it was not a self service POS) was pointed towards me so I thought it was a self order kiosk and they guy behind the counter would make my order when it came in. He rudely told me that it wasn't a self service system and then immediately flipped the POS back in his direction to complete my order. If the system wasn't a self serve he shouldn't have left it pointed towards customers to just tap. He looked like he hated his job and being there and making my order was such an inconvenience to his life. I'm not sure if he was having a bad day or if they were just understaffed but it set a negative experience to me. Ambience- 4/5 Lots of space to work and just chill. It's got a interesting vibe in the sense that I'm not sure what it's going for (kinda your typical ktown coffee shop but also this giant chalk board wall in the back) but it feels like a good spot to work/study for the day.

I'm a regular here since it's along my daily walk around my place so they typically know my order from the moment I come through the door. This is one of the best coffee shops in Koreatown. My other favorite is Alchemist. The vibe here is really great and there's seating and wifi available. Drinks- They serve decaf here so for a new mom like me that's really helpful since places like Paris Baguette don't offer decaf. I would definitely recommend stopping by here for a coffee if you're nearby. I usually get a decaf vanilla latte with oat milk and it's very good and high quality. Would love to see them offer a larger size cup as well in the future. Parking can be a little difficult to find but during the day you might be able to find parking in the neighborhood streets.

One of the best coffee shops in Koreatown. Sharp Specialty Coffee is an aesthetic yet unpretentious cafe with ample seating and table space. An ideal location for getting work done. They brew fresh coffee from Coava, a roaster that sources single origin beans, and their bakery case was well stocked with treats from Bread Lounge. They offer fresh donuts as well. I was struggling to choose a drink from their signature menu, so the kind barista suggested their Mocha. It was exceptional. I anticipated a sweet drink, but this was more of an 80% dark chocolate vibe, with bold cocoa flavor that enhanced the flavors of the espresso. Served in a pint glass, every sip was a treat. I look forward to returning.

TLDR: great coffee/bad odor. I get coffee to go here often. It's really good. The staff are skilled, polite, and attentive. If you're in the neighborhood you should get something to go. Although there's usually plenty of seating, you should not dine in. They spray some kind of cleaner or air freshener with a VERY strong odor. When they use it, it's unbearable for most people to be inside. The entire place smells like rotten lemons. Hopefully they'll stop using it. My review would be 5 stars otherwise.

I love the cozy vibes here! I'm such a huge fan of the dark wood and metal , open ambiance of this place. It doesn't feel too crowded like some places that just shoves in as many seats as possible, but it is a gamble to see if you can get a spot here! I personally really appreciate that even the window-facing seats have a spacious table. ((:The coffee was really yummy! The iced americano had some acidity with a little sweet note, fyi for the nutty caramelly americano fans. The spanish latte was to die for, not too sweet but just perfectly sweet enough with the espresso, condensed milk, and cinnamon perfectly blended together. It was quiet when I came but the coffee grinding noise can be a bit loud, perfect noise level imo. I'd come here any day with a little work (there are outlets) or with a friend!!

I absolutely love going to Philz when I'm in California. The iced coffee rosè is my fave and I love ordering on the app. I walked from the Wayfarer DTLA to Philz and I can't say I feel 100% safe on those streets. There aren't any customers hanging out enjoying their coffee inside this location. It seems to be stop in, grab your coffee and leave. I cued up my Lyft, grabbed my coffee and didn't go out until the car was there if that tells you anything. Maybe the locals know how to deal with the homeless, but I can't say I do. I was headed to the garment district and didn't want to walk there alone.

Came here to grab a coffee and work. Their coffee was decent, but what I love the most is how study/work friendly they are. Many tables and outlets. Great place to work and get a coffee or matcha!

This is a perfect study spot for the following reasons: they don't play music too loud, there is good wifi and outlets and they have large table space. It is a bit cold so bring a jacket. I got the strawberry milk and the pesto ham and cheese sandwich. I wasn't that big of a fan of the sandwich - I feel like it was a bit overpriced and something that could be easily replicated at home. However, their strawberry milk is SO WORTH. I think it's my favorite one that I've had.
