Terrible! Car dirtier after car wash. Sony, the attendant, at the gas station didn’t assist when the car wash did not provide instructions and did not provide me with a requested service receipt.

Every time I go to this location the people there are extremely rude.I went to fill up after work, while filling up I notice the smell of gas stronger than normal so went to check the nozzle. The nozzle was leaking gas while it was pumping, to make sure this was no fault of my own I removed the nozzle and placed it back in multiple times. The issue still remained.I went to the window to let the clerk know that pump number 7 is leaking gasoline (wasn’t trying to get anything in return, just wanted to bring it to his attention) he is going to looking me dead in the eye and say “no one has complained about it” SIR I AM BRINGING THE ISSUE TO YOUR ATTENTION. I am sure that is a safety issue so it doesn’t matter whether I am the first, second or third person to advise you of this.In fact you should not be waiting for multiple people to tell you this before you act. To make matters worse I asked for the managers info. He simply went on his phone and started laughing, then hung up and proceeded to look around the store for a number to give to call.No worries! I reported this location to your cooperate team. I really hope you the clerk and the manager have the day you deserve.To paying customers, don’t use pump number 7 if you must use this location. If you do, ask if the leaking issue is fixed or you will pay for gasoline that is being wasted on the side of your car.

Shell gas station 400 North Alvarado , my mom came here today pump #7 regular gas, nozzle leaking gas out of her gas tank, she tells old guy at counter (his name says Olia on her receipt) and he says nothing is wrong with pump there’s something wrong with her car. she went to pump 6, it worked. guy was rude to her don’t deny and tell customers something wrong with their gas tank when it’s your faulty pumps. she told him to put an out of order sign he said no he refused! your other customers are going to have problems with this! if my dad came here i’m sure this would not have happened. also, there are diesel pumps that are also out of order here so for him to deny there’s nothing wrong and yell at my mom is insane. we’re never giving them one penny ever again. he clearly is against women.
